company was in a mess the clients were dissatis>ed revenue was not

getting generated and employees were &eing saced due to non

performance4 )here were J proHects going on at that time and not one waspro>ta&le4 8 stepped in communicated with the client employees and the

higher management of the company to &ridge the gap4 )his led to smoother

functioning of the division and timely completion of all J of the proHects4

My greatest achievement was successfully &idding for a contract for <rection

)esting and commissioning of a $## O su&station at ,aichur and completing

it successfully J months &efore scheduled time of completion4 8 achieved this

through e(cient planning of resources availa&le and ensuring all targets

were completed on time &y giving regular incentive to my wor force4 8 also

ensured complete cooperation from the client through regular follow ups and

meetings4

0ince 8 was in a leadership role at my worplace 8 had to tae several

decisions during the course of my wor4 6s a result 8 have regretted several

of them for the short term and learnt lessons from them for the long term4

reverse auction for the tender the company that won the tender got it at a

price which was minimally &elow mine4 6fter the auction 8 felt that 8 could

have easily accommodated a price which was lower while maintaining the
