CHINACOAT2015」及「第二十八屆中國國際表面處

理、塗裝及塗料產品展覽會 SFCHINA2015」於 2015年 11 月 20 日在上海新國際博覽中心 (SNIEC) 成功落幕，展會規

模、展商及觀眾數目均持續增長！展會向全球行業展示了整個生產

塗料、油墨和表面處理產業鏈的快速發展，「國際大展」的地位進

一步確立。

2015「中國國際塗料展」：

• 展出毛面積：70,000 平方米（66,000 平方米 + 室外展館 4,000平方米）；

• 登記出席觀眾 29,580 人，包括 24,843 名中國境內及 4,737 名

境外觀眾；

• 1,088家參展商（來自32個國家／地區），其中213家是首次參展；

• 14,900 名展商代表出席了展會；

• 4,478 名與會者參與了同期舉行 76 場技術交流活動。

2015「中國國際表面處理展」：

• 展出毛面積：14,000 平方米；

• 登記出席觀眾 10,988 人，包括 9,856 名中國境內及 1,132 名境

外觀眾；

• 296 家參展商（來自 18 個國家／地區），其中 64 家是首次參展；

• 3,406 名展商代表出席了展會；

• 723 名與會者參與了同期舉行 19 場技術交流活動。

CHINACOAT2015 (The 20th China International Exhibition for Coatings, Printing Inks and Adhesives) and SFCHINA2015 (The 28th China International Exhibition for Surface Finishing &

Coating Products) closed the gate on Nov 20 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), P. R. China. The exhibition scale, number of exhibitors and trade visitors of both shows continued to experience steady growth.

CHINACOAT2015• Gross exhibition area: 70,000 sqm (66,000 sqm + 4,000 sqm

outdoor zone),• 29,580 registered visitors, including 24,843 domestic and 4,737

overseas visitors,• 1,088 exhibitors from 32 countries/regions, including 213 new

exhibitors,• 14,900 representatives from exhibitors attended the show,• 4,478 visitors participated in a total of 76 sessions of technical

programmes.

WOOD COATINGS — Broadening Sustainable Formulation Options

由「中國國際塗料展」主辦單位與英國 DD 技術論壇合作主辦的「第十三 次中國國際塗料展學術會議」11 月 16-17日在上海淳大萬麗酒店

舉行。為期兩天的活動，來自世界各地的塗料業界和學術界的專家、科研人員和企業代表，就「木器塗料 ─ 更多可持續配方的選擇」的主題與近60 名與會者進行廣泛且深入的交流，分享如何使用增強其在選擇合適的 木器塗層系統的理解力，以便在室內和戶外環境中均能實現持久的性能。

會議上發表十篇技術論文，包括分別由英國 James Consulting 公司 Louis McCulloch 先生發表的「全球木器塗料市場綜述」及由瑞典PPPolymer 公司 Swaraj Paul 博士發表的「阻燃技術 : 嚴謹的檢討」主題論文。Louis McCulloch 先生從市場學的角度，報告和量化未來市場中最具發展機遇的塗料技術。Swaraj Paul 博士對聚合物體系，尤其是膨脹體系防火行為的基本控制原理進行闡述。

Hosted by the organizers of CHINACOAT and in collaboration with DD Technology Forum, UK, the 13th CHINACOAT Conference successfully

held on November 16-17 at Renaissance Shanghai Pudong Hotel. During this 2-day event, an impressive array of speakers across the globe carried through on the theme 'WOOD COATINGS – Broadening Sustainable Formulation Options', provoking about 60 delegates to expand their understanding on the selection of appropriate wood coating systems to deliver long term performances, in both interior and exterior situations.

A total of 10 technical papers were delivered, including 2 keynote papers, 'The Global Market for Industrial Wood Coatings' presented by Mr. Louis McCulloch of James Consulting, UK, and 'Flame Retardant Technology: A Critical Look' presented by Dr. Swaraj Paul of PPPolymer, Sweden. Mr. McCulloch addressed wood coatings from a market standpoint, aiming to identify and quantify the coatings sectors where technology has the best opportunities for future penetration. While Dr. Paul has reviewed the basic mechanism controlling the fire resistance behaviour of polymers with emphasis on the intumescent systems, and introduced the halogen based FR and their environmental impacts.

第二名分別由廈門宏正及武漢奧邦公司雙雙獲得。廈門市宏正化工有限公司展出具高耐腐蝕性的新型納米密封孔三價鉻酸鹽藍色 / 鈍化方法。Equal 2nd Prize was awarded to Ekem Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. of Xiamen for a new, nano, hole sealing, trivalent blue chromating/passivation process with high corrosion resistance.

武漢奧邦表面技術有限公司新推出的“珍珠鋅”，是創新獨特的汽車內飾件工藝。Another equal 2nd Prize was awarded to Wuhan Aobang Surface Technique Co., Ltd. – for 'Pearl Zinc' – a new zinc electroplating process without the requirement for chromium or any passivation treatment.

第一名由印度 Grauer & Weil 公司奪得，其新推出的鎳 / 磷合金電鍍系統， 在堅硬的表面工程應用中可取代六價鉻。The First Prize went to Grauer & Weil (India) Ltd. for the new release nickel/phosphorous alloy electroplating system that can replace hexavalent chromium in hard surface engineering applications.

The Organizers of CHINACOAT and SFCHINA gathered together in Macau on 17-18 December 2015 for a 2-day training camp after the show. During the time, we discussed problems and situations faced during the show through various case studies, in order to strengthen teamwork as well as consolidate our organizing abilities.
