About Benin he Republic of Benin is located on the Gulf of Guinea between Togo to the west and Nigeria to the east, with Burkina Faso and Niger to the north.
Beninese cuisine is known in Africa for its exotic ingredients and flavor-ful dishes. Beninese cuisine involves lots of fresh meals served with a variety of key sauces.
Benin has a lot of tourism attractions, from the awesome natural wild life parks in the north to the cool refreshing beaches in the south.

The capital of Benin is Porto-Novo, but the seat of government is in Cotonou, the coun-try's largest city and economic capital. Benin
covers an area of approximately 115,000 square kilometers, with a po-pulation of approximately 9.98 million.
The official language of Benin is French. However, indigenous languages such asFon and Yoruba are commonly spoken.
