a. The meeting of the Ewing Township Redevelopment Agency (ETRA) convenedat 7:30 PM in the Agenda Room and officially opened Chairperson Robert Kull.

Approval of Minutes of March 18, 2009 & May 5, 2009, and June 2, 2009

The minutes of March 18, 2009, May 5, 2009 and June 2, 2009 were tabled. The meetinglacked a quorum of Commissioners who could vote on the minutes.

Old Business

OARP Charles Latini was in the process of updating the plan for the finalpresentation to the Ewing Township Planning Board. Director Tyrone Garrett wasasked to contact the business community to ensure that they were aware of the July 2,2009 meeting

Approval of the List of Bills for the Month of June 2009

These bills included April 2009 invoices from Heyer Gruel, Markowitz Gravelle, andTyrone Garrett, totaling $4.014.25.

services of behalf of ETRA

The proposed contract of for Markowitz Gravelle services was accepted by the Board.

Planning Board Review:

Commissioner Rose advises the Board that the Township Council will be entertaining aproposed amendment to revise the IP1 and OP1 Zones to permit medical uses.
