Arm Carriage가 본체와 분리 되어 자동 교환 할 공구를 미리 준비 함으로써 자동 공구 교환 시간을 대폭 감소화 시켰습니다.

It enables to drastically shorten the automatic tool replacement time with the arm carriage split from the main body by preparing the tools in advance to be replaced automatically.

This ATC is for a boring machine and enables to replace tools fast, with a low noise and accurately using Servo motor driving type. We enhanced an operating rate of the equipment by reducing the possibility of failure factor through simplification of the structure.

본 ATC는 BT50, BT60, BT50 탑재 Adapter의 자동공구 교환이 가능하며, Servo Motor로써 Arm Carriage의 전 후 이송이 가능하여 어떠한 Attachment에 적재된 공구라도 자동 공구 교환이 가능합니다.

This A.T.C enables to replace the automatic tool of the adaptors loaded on BT50,BT60 and the automatic tools loaded on any attachment as it is possible for the arm carriage to be moved back and forth by Servo motor.

Arm Carriage가 Cross Rail과 일체형으로써 Cross Rail 상하 이송 구간 어디에서도 공구 교환이 가능하여자동 공구 교환 시간을 최소화 하였습니다.

AUTOMATIC PALLET CHANGER(A.P.C)

셔틀형 Shuttle Type

대형 Plano Miller Machine 일 경우 Platform, Pendant, ATC의 대형 Unit로 인하여 Space가 부족 할 시 본체 후방의 Space를 활용하여 적용한 장비 입니다. Carriage가 2Pallet type으로 되어 있으며 X축, Y축으로 이송 함으로서 본체 및 주변 Unit와의 Trouble을 없앴습니다.

This is an applied device utilizing the space to the rear of the main body when there is a limitation in the space due to the large unit of platform, pendant and ATC in case of a large Plano Miller Machine. Carriage is made in a 2Pallet type and the trouble from the main body and peripheral unit was removed by transporting it to X-axis and Y-axis.

Applying HYPOID GEAR of a new technology

Power transmission part of SDR Series Rotary Table are applied with Hypoid gears so it has high-speed rotation, low noise, high indexing accuracy, high durability and high transmission efficiency.

SDR Series Rotary Table are a product with domestic and International patent pending under technical tie-up with Suda International Gear Works Ltd. Japan.

High Ratio Hypoid Gears are finished by precision gear grinding after case-hardening.After finished by grinding, the gear and pinion are tested by rolling tester so as to determine the best rolling quality for final assembling.

정밀 Servo Motor 구동 방식인 TURN-MILL GEAR BOX는 Turning Table의 0.001°의 분할제어가 가능합니다. 따라서 Vertical Turning Machine의 선반 가공 뿐만 아니라 Milling, Tapping 가공을 할 수 있어 공작물의 완성 가공을 실현 할수 있습니다

The split control of 0.001° of turning table is possible in a turn-mill gear which is a precision servo motor driving system. the processing and completion of a workpiece can be achieved as the lathe works as well as milling and tapping works of a vertical turning machine can be possible in the turn-mill gear box.
