I. Introduction:

Ang mga magulang ay mahalagang kaakibat sa edukasyon. Sila ay isang mahalagang

koneksyon sa pagitan ng bahay at paaralan. At kapag sila ay nagiging kabilang sa buhay ng

paaralan, nagiging mas mabuting lugar ang ating mga paaralan upang mag-aral, lumago at

umunlad.

Here we are again gathered on the occasion of the Annual General Assembly of

Matanag Elementary School. It is customary that we meet at this annual gathering to

discuss the problems of our children, meet with school authorities and all who are taking

care of our children studying in this institution.

II. Philippine National Anthem & Invocation:

May I request everyone to please stand for the Singing of the Philippine National

Anthem to be conducted by Mrs. Nancy M. Alagaban, Grade II Teacher to be followed by the

Opening Prayer to be led by Mrs. Arlene A. Luna, Grade I Teacher

III. Opening Remarks:

To give us a welcome message, may we have our incumbent GPTA President. Ladies

and gentlemen, let us all listen to the opening remarks to be given to us by Mrs. Minda R.

Nunez. Let’s give her a big round of applause.

IV. School Policies:

Ang pamunuan at lahat ng mga guro ng Matanag Elementary School ay ipinapatupad

ang ilang mga patnubay o kautusan para sa pananatili ng disiplina, kaayusan at kapayapaan

sa loob at labas ng paaralan. To discuss the different school policies of Matanag Elementary



School, may I call on Mrs. Jennifer C. Perez, Grade III Teacher and incumbent GPTA

Secretary.

V. K to 12 Curriculum:

Ano nga ba ang K to 12 Curriculum? Bakit kailangan ito? at Ano ang nilalaman ngbagong curriculum? To orient us on the K to 12 curriculum program, may I call on Mrs.

Jocelyn B. Belga, Officer-in-Charge of Matanag Elementary School. Let’s give her a big round

of applause.

VI. Intermission Number:

At this time, let’s all sit back and enjoy as we watch selected Grade VI pupils perform

a dance number.

VII. Financial Report:

The next item in the agenda is the presentation of the financial report. To read out

the financial report of the GPTA for the School Year 2011-2012, may I call on Mrs. Janita

Azores, incumbent GPTA Treasurer.

At this point, may I call on Mrs. Felicidad M. Ballerda, our School Canteen

Coordinator to present the school canteen income and expenditure account for academic

year 2011-2012.

VIII. Message:

And now, to give us a short message, may we have one of our community’s finest

leaders, the barangay chairman of Matanag, Legazpi City, Hon. Bienvenido M. Belga, Sr.

Let’s give him a big round of applause.

IX. Nutritional Status Report:

To report the Nutritional Status of the pupils of Matanag Elementary School for

academic year 2011-2012, may I call on Mrs. Ofelia M. Nunez, our Nutrition Coordinator.

X. Intermission Number:

Tatlong bahagi na lang ng ating programa at malapit ng matapos. Kaya para hindi

tayo mainip ay tawagin natin ang mga piling mag-aaral mula sa Grade V para sa isang

intermission number.



XII. School Maintenance & Cleanliness:

Malaking bagay ang pagkakaroon ng isang maayos at malinis na paaralan. Malaking

epekto sa mga estudyante, gayundin sa ating guro, ang kapaligirang kanilang ginagalawan.

To discuss about the Maintenance and Cleanliness of the school, may I call on Mrs. Berma

M. Padua, the School Physical Facilities Coordinator.

XIII. Open Forum:

Ngayon tumungo na tayo sa huling bahagi ng ating general assembly, ang Open

Forum kung saan ay bibigyan ng pagkakataon ang lahat na makapagtanong at magkaroon

ng interaksyon sa ating mga presentors. May I request Mrs. Jocelyn B. Belga, Mrs. Jennifer

C. Perez, Mrs. Fely Ballerda, Mrs. Ofelia Nunez and Mrs. Berma Padua to please come up the

stage. Kung may tanong, itaas lamang kaliwang kamay.

Thank you to our dear teachers for accommodating all the questions from our

parents. And to our dear parents, thank you for your active participation in the open forum.

XIV. Closing Remarks:

To formally close this assembly, let us all listen to Mrs. Jocelyn B. Belga, Officer-in-

Charge, Matanag Elementary School.

XV. Closing:

This concludes our program. It has been a great day and a fruitful morning with you

all. Thank you for your presence. God bless and Good morning to each and every one. I am
