holy and dearly loved, clothe

yourselves with compassion, kindness,

humility, gentleness and patience.

13 互いに忍び合い、だれかがほかの人に不満を抱くことがあっても、互いに赦し合いなさい。主があなたがたを赦してくださったように、あなたがたもそうしなさい。 Bear with each other and forgive one

another if any of you has a grievance

against someone. Forgive as the Lord

forgave you.

14 そして、これらすべての上に、愛を着けなさい。愛は結びの帯として完全なものです。 And over all these virtues put on

love, which binds them all together in

perfect unity.

16 キリストのことばを、あなたがたのうちに豊かに住まわせ、知恵を尽くして互いに教え、互いに戒め、詩と賛美と霊の歌とにより、感謝にあふれて心から神に向かって歌いなさい。 Let the message of Christ dwell among

you richly as you teach and admonish one

another with all wisdom through

psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit,

singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.

17 あなたがたのすることは、ことばによると行いによるとを問わず、すべて主イエスの名によってなし、主によって父なる神に感謝しなさい。 And whatever you do, whether in word

everything; and do it, not only when

their eye is on you and to curry their

favor, but with sincerity of heart and

reverence for the Lord.

23 何をするにも、人に対してではなく、主に対してするように、心からしなさい。 Whatever you do, work at it with all

your heart, as working for the Lord,

not for human masters,

24 あなたがたは、主から報いとして、御国を相続させていただくことを知っています。あなたがたは主キリストに仕えているのです。 since you know that you will receive

an inheritance from the Lord as a

reward. It is the Lord Christ you are

serving.

25 不正を行う者は、自分が行った不正の報いを受けます。それには不公平な扱いはありません。 Anyone who does wrong will be repaid

for their wrongs, and there is no

favoritism.

what is right and fair, because you
