The Supreme Court file in reference provides a unique example of corrupt records in theSupreme Court's electronic record system.

The key findings are:

1) The case is not found in default ndex search.

There is a reasona&le foundation to suspect that the corruption #as not the result of humanerror in data entry during the time that the case #as open. nstead$ it is likely that thecorruption #as perpetrated years later.
