All our panels are made from Kelvar® and are tested to NIJ Standards. For ballisticprotection we use soft armor panels upto level 3a, which will protect from a range of NIJ listed ballistics. To protect against more powerful rifle rounds, we o�er hardarmor plate inserts which can o�er level III and IV protection. We also o�er bothedged Blade and spike implement protection on which we again follow NIJ Standardsfor and o�er levels 1-2.
NIJ LevelsThis is the most important question you need to ask when purchasing body armor, because it can literally be a life or death decision. If the vest you are wearing does not protect you from the threats you are going to face then you will have wasted your money, and you will be putting yourself at risk.
When purchasing body armor you should always research the area in which you will be working, the history of attacks that have taken place there previously etc. This will help you to decide on the type of body armor that you will need and the level of protection you will require.

Choosing The Right Size For YouBullet and stab proof vests are generally made to be either covert or overt. A covert bullet proof vest is designed to be worn under clothes, and will often come in light colors. They are normally thinner than overt types of bullet proof vests, because they are designed to be invisible when worn under clothes. Overt designs of bullet proof vests are made to be worn over clothes, and are normally produced in dark colors. Generally they are made from rugged, hard wearing materials, and will often feature pockets and straps that can be used by the wearer.
