The Intelli-Lift remote control unit uses encrypted bi-directional communication with each of the gantry legs simultaneously to detect and correct un-synchronized motion between the units. By simplifying the operation of the gantry, this system allows the operator the freedom to observe the actual lift rather than worry about controls. Further using the system wirelessly allows the operator to observe the lift from the best vantage point at distances of up to 200 feet (60m) away. The Intelli-lift Control system is already used on all Enerpac Hydraulic Gantries and is a remote controlled operating system with features allowing automatic synchronization and overload detection.
