Last NCC Council MeetingThe NCC Council held their last regular meeting Thursday
afternoon in Rancho Cordova. Items on the agenda included final
approvals for parts of the Kenya Medical Mission in August, final
approvals for the financial reports, final approvals for the NCC legal
registrations and tax exempt status, and the setting of the agenda for
the NCC Delegation Session which will be held Sunday, September 7
at 9:00am.
Just a reminder that besides the delegates who will be going to
the delegation representing their churches, all the members of the
NCC are welcome to attend as observers. You must be a member of
one of the churches that is part of the NCC in order to attend as an
observer, but please remember to register your attendance with the
NCC Secretary because we want to make sure there is enough lunch
for everyone.
Prophecy Conference Updates
THIS IS NOT YOUR FATHERS PROPHECY SEMINAR was held
July 3-6 in Moriah Heights. The prophecy conference was conducted
by David Zic and covered numerous topics related to the prophecy of
the earth (Thursday), the nations (Friday), the church (Sabbath),
and the final events (Sunday). There were participants from all the
churches of the NCC as well as from Washington State. From time to
time for those who attended the seminar we will keep you updatedon new items of prophecy we discussed as they develop. Here are a
few:
4.11 - Roman Catholic Church in Prophecy
Pope admits sex abuse is part of cultish behavior. Francis said sex
abuse of minors is something more than a despicable action; it's like
a sacrilegious cult in the church that profaned God.

4.22 - European Union
The European Union has nominated Jean-Claude Junker to be the
President of the European Commission. This sends a clear signalthat the European establishment has no intention of slowing the
relentless march towards a United States of Europe, despite the
surge of anti-EU sentiment across Europe.
