2017 年广州首届国际设计论坛简介

论坛背景

中国改革开放 30 年来的发展世界有目共睹，而城市的高速发展也

导致一系列错综复杂的问题，城市转型升级成为新常态背景下城市

发展的重要课题：设计如何参与到城市的发展中，进而产生深远而

积极的影响？如何利用设计的力量汇集行业资源，推动产业升级？

2017 年广州首届国际设计论坛以“设计引领城市”为主题，立足中国、

放眼世界，交流、研讨、分享国内外建筑领域最新成果、发展趋势

及成功案例，旨在从宏观到具体，揭示设计与城市发展之间的紧密

联系。广州作为中国一线城市的领先代表，将以此为契机，探讨如

何用设计、艺术、文化的力量引领下一轮城市的发展，为一线城市

带来新的活力、新的亮点。

论坛定位

广州国际设计论坛旨在搭建政府、社会和公众对话的城市平台，让

国内外专家的前沿思想在平台上持续发酵，助力广州探索设计引领

下的下一轮城市发展。同时，让诸多具有国际影响力的建筑设计师、

城市规划专家、学者与广州发生深入的关联，为广州城市增添新的

活力。

活动安排

由广州市政府主办的“2017 年广州首届国际设计论坛”将于 11 月

盛大开幕。论坛以 “设计引领城市”为主题，围绕广州城市规划、建

筑设计、可持续设计、市政交通、城市公共艺术、历史等领域，邀

请院士、国内外顶级建筑设计师、城市规划专家、学者、行业领袖

等聚焦广州，对城市化进程中遇到的机遇与挑战予以思考和回应。

2017 年 11 月 8-10 日，广州邀请世界共赴设计与艺术之约。

论坛活动包括：“设计引领城市”主论坛，“可持续的城市——国际

城市设计学术论坛”、“在地的设计——广州本土设计师创作论坛”、

“看不见的城市——城市市政与公共交通论坛”、“艺术让城市更美

好——城市公共空间与公共艺术论坛”四个分论坛，“何镜堂：为激

变的中国而设计”展览、 “广州建筑地图展”和“广州设计之都国际

设计竞赛成果展”三个展览，为公众带来丰富的视觉盛宴，同时搭

建起与公众互动的桥梁，让设计融入大众生活。

Brief introduction of 2017 GuanGzhou international desiGn forum

Forum BackgroundThe 30-year development of China since the reform and opening up has been witnessed by the whole world, while the rapid urban development has also aroused a series of complicated issues. The transformation and upgrading of the city has become an important topic of urban development under the new normal background. For example, how can design participate in the urban development and bring significant influences and benefits? How to take advantage of the power of design to aggregate the industrial resources and promote the industrial upgrading? With “Design-Driven City ” as the theme, 2017 Guangzhou First International Design Forum has the foothold in China and the whole world in view, aims to communicate, explore and share the newest achievements, development trend and successful cases of the architectural field at home and abroad, in order to reveal the close relation between design and urban development from the macro perspective to the specific perspective. As the leading representative of Chinese first-tier cities, Guangzhou will take this opportunity to explore how to use the powers of design, art and culture to lead the next round of urban development, as well as bring new vitality and new edge to the first-tier cities.Forum OrientationGuangzhou International Design Forum aims to establish an urban platform for conversation among the government, the society and the public, spread the frontier thinking of both home and abroad experts, and help Guangzhou explore the next round of urban development led by design. Simultaneously, the close connection among various architects, city planning experts and scholars with international influence with Guangzhou will add new vitality to the city. Forum Schedule2017 Guangzhou International Design Forum sponsored by Guangzhou Municipal People's Government will be held in November, 2017. Taking “Design-Driven City” as the theme, the forum will focus on various areas including Urban Planning, Architectural Design, Sustainable Design, Municipal Engineering and Transportation, Urban Public Arts and History of Guangzhou, invite top-level academicians, architects, urban planning experts, scholars and industrial leaders from home and abroad to gather in Guangzhou, put forward ideas and response to the challenges and opportunities encountered during the urbanization development. 设计引领城市—2017 年广州首届国际设计论坛

Main Forum InterpretationIn the 21st century, the cultural and creative industry has become the main contributor to the development of world economy and the major driver for the reconstruction of global urban system and status. Taking the creative design culture as the cut-in point, the organization of cultural activities such as the international exhibitions and forums not only becomes the important media and main driving force to promote the cities to transform towards global cities, but also turns into the important way to show the cities’ global leading positions all over the world. In order to fulfill the development vision of world top-level city, Guangzhou needs to organize some “high-level cultural events” with radiation effect in order to establish the platform which will allow the city to participate in the international cultural demonstration, exchange and competition. This international forum will focus on various aspects including culture inheritance, leading design, city management and low-carbon ecological development, and invite domestic and foreign experts, scholars and leaders from different areas to deliver speeches and carry out corresponding discussion on specific problems raised from current urban development. All the efforts will contribute to integrating the valuable resources of different areas and spread the advanced ideas, in order to establish the unique art map of urban culture and design in Guangzhou.

The forum aims to explore how to promote the urban development led by design from the international perspective in order to enhance the charm of the city, discuss how to reconstruct the city life and improve the quality of living space with design, and how to realize the urban renewal driven by design in order to bring renewed vitality to the city.

主论坛解读

进入 21 世纪，文化创意产业一跃成为世界经济的主要贡献者和全球城市体系地位重构的主要驱动者。以设计创意文化为切入点，举办国际性的展览、论坛等文化活动是促进城市转向全球城市的重要媒介和主要推动力，也是彰显城市国际引领地位的重要途径。面向全球顶级城市发展愿景，广州亟需通过具有辐射效应的“高端文化大事件”来搭建参与国际文化展示、交流与竞争的平台。本次国际论坛将针对文化传承、设计引领、城市运营、低碳生态等方面，邀请国内外相应领域的专家学者、实践领袖进行演讲，并结合当下城市发展中所遇到的具体问题展开探讨，从而汇集且整合各领域资源、传播前沿思想，建构出广州独特的城市文化与设计艺术图谱。

论坛旨在国际视野下探讨如何以设计引领城市发展，提升城市魅力；以设计重塑城市生活，改善生活空间品质；以设计带动城市更新，重新焕发城市活力。

市政与公共交通设计技术的创新和发展

相较于城市建筑与环境，城市市政与公共交通犹如城市的“血脉”，悄悄隐藏

但延伸至城市的每个细节，他们似乎不被人看见，但对于整个城市的发展和改

进，起着极为重要的作用。本次论坛以“看不见的城市”为题，探讨城市骨架

中更为基础的市政、公共交通的相关问题，邀请中国工程院院士、知名专家等，

共同解读城市发展与设计中重要的一环。

Sub-forum II InterpretationInnovation and Development of Municipal Engineering and Public Transportation Design TechnologyCompared with the visible urban architecture and environment, invisible urban municipal engineering and public transportation can be seen as the “blood of city”. They seem not to be seen apparently, while they are hidden in every part of the city with broad extension and play a significant role for the urban development and improvement. This forum will take “Invisible City” as the theme, explore relevant issues of fundamental municipal engineering and public transportation in the urban sketch, and invite the academicians from Chinese Academy of Engineering and famous experts to jointly interpret the important part of the urban development and design.

分论坛三解读

广州濒临中国南海，地处“三江河汇”、珠江入海口，是海上丝绸之路的起点之一，

有着丰厚的历史积淀和极佳的自然条件。岭南水乡和华侨等文化孕育了广州独

特的城市气质，造就了特殊的城市空间、城市经济和居民行为习惯。

此次论坛以当下城市发展的大背景为基准，以广州本土设计师创作为切入点，

围绕新常态下广州城市建设展开研究和讨论，共同探讨城市建设的在地性设计

实践，交流城市软性要素对城市内部的运作影响，为城市发展出谋划策以推进

新一轮广州城市建设的可持续发展。

Sub-forum III InterpretationSitting on the verge of South China Sea, Guangzhou is located at the confluence of three rivers (West River, North River and East River) and pearl river estuary. As one of the starting points of the Maritime Silk Road, Guangzhou has rich historical accumulation and excellent natural conditions. The watery region culture in the south of the Five Ridges and oversea Chinese culture has developed the unique urban spirits for Guangzhou, and create special urban space, urban economy, residents’ behaviors and habits.

Under the background of current urban development, the forum will take the design works of the local designers as the cut-in point, encourage the research and discussion on the urban construction of Guangzhou under new normal, and explore the local design practice on the urban construction, exchange ideas on the influence to the internal urban operation from the soft urban elements, so as to raise the practical ideas and plans to promote a new round of sustainable development in Guangzhou.

当代艺术与设计不再局限于原有的形式与审美范畴，而是日益广泛地于我们的

日常生活发生着直接而紧密的关系；从日常起居出行到随身使用的电子产品，

乃至于日常的饮食、服装、工作、行为都离不开设计的介入……，甚至可以说：

艺术和设计本身就是生活的一部分，并成为城市空间重要的影响力。我们需要

更美好的城市和更美好的城市生活，不仅仅是那些提升城市形象的公共艺术、

城市雕塑和建筑天际线，还包括那些根植于城市文化、激发活力和创造力的一

切行动，城市品牌、视觉图像、科技、交互、消费、娱乐、事件这些话题同样

将成为我们讨论的重要议题。

Sub-forum IV InterpretationContemporary art and design are not narrowly understood as the metaphysical knowledge of form and beauty, it infiltrates in every aspect of daily urban life: from the mobile electronic devices, to daily diet, clothes, work and behavior. Art and design are themselves part of everyday life, and become the crucial aspect of urban space. The publicity of our urban environment we expect are not only composed by public sculptures or skylines of high-rise building, but also those creative activities that based on local culture and vibrant human behavior. Things like city branding, visual images, technology, interactive media, consumption, entertainment and events are also crucial to our city life and this would be the main theme of our discussion in this forum.

展览简介

何镜堂院士作为根植于中国南方的建筑大师，面对 30 余年来中国巨大变革中层

出不穷的挑战，跨越了众多城市的地理和习俗的差异，创作出大量类型多元、

风格多样的建筑。

“何镜堂：为激变的中国而设计”展览将与本届国际设计论坛同台亮相，何镜

堂院士与冯·格康两位国际知名建筑师同台对话，共同深入诠释“设计引领城市”

这一论坛主题。

Exhibition introductionAs the architectural master rooted in south China, Academician He Jingtang has faced with various emerging challenges from the changes during the past 30 years of China’s reform, bridged various geographical and customs differences of many cities, and created a large number of architectures with diversified types and various features.

“He Jingtang: Design in Drastically Changing China Exhibition” will join this year’s Guangzhou International Design Forum. As globally-renowned architects, Academician He Jingtang and Mr. Meinhard von Gerkan will sit together and discuss the theme of this year’s Forum “Design-Driven City” thoroughly.

展览内容

此次展览通过展示何院士主持的主要作品来深入诠释其建筑创作哲学，以展现何镜堂院士及团队在不同的地域环境、文化特征以及时代背景下建筑创作中的思考。展出的作品中既有上海世博会中国馆、侵华日军南京大屠杀遇难同胞纪念馆扩建工程、玉树博物馆、还有为重大事件而设计的规模巨大的公共建筑又有以社区居民生活为核心的旧城改造，以及何院士团队日常工作所使用的空间。

Exhibition contentThe exhibition will demonstrate the design works presided by Academician He to deeply interpret his philosophy of architectural creation, in order to express Academician He and his team’s thinking of architectural design from different regional environment, with various cultural features and under diverse backgrounds. Exhibited works shall include China Pavilion at Shanghai World Expo, Expansion Project of Memorial Hall of the Victims in Nanjing Massacre by Japanese Invaders, Yushu Museum, public architectures with large scale designed for significant events, reconstruction of old towns focusing on the community residents’ life, and working space of Academician He and his team, etc.

广州，保有着两千多年厚重的历史积淀。广州的建筑，作为历史文化名城构成

的基本元件，无论样式，不分年代，凝结着岭南文化的博大精深。

《广州建筑地图》是即将在中国建筑工业出版社出版书稿。收集了广州各个时期，

分布于各个城区的建筑。每件作品包括基础信息介绍以及简略评述，并配有实

拍图片，在广州国际设计论坛之际，将此未经最终校审书稿的部分内容分享给

大家，是希望当作者尚在修订完善的时候，大家能够一睹为先，籍此漫游广州，

追踪寻觅广州城的设计线索。

Exhibition ContentGuangzhou has a history of more than two thousand years. Guangzhou architecture, as a basic component of historical and cultural city, regardless of style, regardless of age, condenses the broad and profound culture of South of the Five Ridges.

"Guangzhou building map" is forthcoming in manuscript China building industry press. The buildings in different districts of Guangzhou were collected in different periods. Each piece includes basic information and a brief comment, and with a real shot pictures, at the Guangzhou International Design Forum, to share part of this without final proofreading the manuscript to everyone, hope when the author still in the revision, we can see the first, the roaming Guangzhou tracked the design clue of the city of Guangzhou.

为助力广州市建设国际科技创新枢纽，打造具有广州特色的设计产业集聚区，

形成功能复合、配套完善、产业集聚、创新突出、创业活跃的价值创新设计产

业园区，我市组织开展了广州设计之都国际设计竞赛。竞赛主办单位为广州市

国土资源和规划委员会、广州市白云区人民政府。

广州设计之都位于广州市白云区南部，西临 106 国道，南至白云三线，北至黄

边北路，空港大道从东侧经过。整体规划研究范围约 196 公顷，核心区范围约

34.67 公顷，未来将打造成为“华南首个‘一带一路’设计服务贸易中心”、“粤

港澳大湾区规模最大的设计产业集群”和“广州首个 B2B 设计服务共享平台”。

Exhibition ContentIn order to boost Guangzhou City to develop the international science and technology innovation hub, to build the agglomeration area of design industry with the characteristics of Guangzhou, and to form the Design Industrial Park of Value Innovation with functional integration, advanced supporting facilities, industrial agglomeration, outstanding innovation and entrepreneurial activity, our City has organized the International Design Competition For Design Capital Of Guangzhou. The sponsor of the competition is Guangzhou Land Resources and Planning Commission and People’s Government of Guangzhou Baiyun District.

Guangzhou "City of Design" project is located in the south of Baiyun District, Guangzhou, connects with National Road 106 in the west, links to Baiyun 3rd Avenue in the south, and extends to Huangbian North Road in the north. Airport Avenue runs through on the east side of the area. The research scope of overall planning is about 196 hectares, in which the core area occupies about 34.67 hectares. It aims to build Guangzhou "City of Design" as “the first Design Service Trade Center for ‘One Belt One Road’ in south China”, “the Design Industry Cluster with the largest scale in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area” and “the first B2B Design Service Sharing Platform in Guangzhou”.

Urban Environment Design (UED) magazine was founded in 2004 by the School of Architecture, Tianjin University, and Liaoning Science & Technology Press. As a representative of the fourth generation architectural media, UED aims to report the current development of Chinese urban and rural areas and to introduce international best practices of urban renewal,new city development, and rural construction. South China University of Technology is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education. It is located in the famous southern city of Guangzhou, with a long history. 广州美术学院

广州美术学院 (GAFA) 是华南地区唯一一所高等美术学府。学校前身是中南美术专科学校，1953 年经高等教育部批准创建于湖北武汉，时由中南文艺学院、华南人民文学艺术学院、广西省艺术专科学校等院校相关系科合并而成。1958 年中南美术专科学校由武汉南迁广州，更名为广州美术学院。2004 年学校在广州大学城建成新校区，形成“一校两区”办学格局。学校现为广东省省属高校。

Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts(GAFA) the only one of its kind in South China, is the predecessor of Central South College of Fine Arts, a merger of South China Institute of Art and Literature in Guangzhou, Central South Institute of Art and Literature in Wuhan, and the Guangxi Institute of Art. The merger, which was initiated in 1953, moved to Guangzhou in 1958 and was renamed as Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. In the same year, the school began to enroll undergraduate students. The Academy, which once operated under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Culture, is now directly under the provincial government of Guangdong.

Guangzhou Design Institute (GZDI), founded in 1952, is one of the earliest batch of Class A survey and design units in China, and one of the 4 guiding institutes for designing tourist hotels as appointed by the former National Planning Commission. 羊城设计联盟 (YCDA)( 官方注册机构 : 广州市空间设计协会 ) 是一家 2012 年初由广州本土民营设计企业联合发起的民间非营利组织，截至 2017 年 9 月已集结了近四十家在华南地区具知名度的空间设计机构。成员单位业务涵盖：建筑与规划设计、室内设计、园林景观设计、其他（照明、幕墙、机电、岩土设计）。联盟旨在对内制订行约行规，维护行业利益并实现行业自律，为成员单位内部成员提供培训教育、活动交流、对外合作等服务。对外创造交流合作机会，整合资源，促进产业的健康持续发展。自成立以来已经成功举办了近百场活动 , 大大促进会员单位的内部交流与合作，并且促进了设计行业之间以及上下游产业链的交流与合作。

Yangcheng Design Alliance (YCDA), a private non-profit organization, was co-established by nine private firms in early 2012.Nearly Forty well-known design organizations in southern China have joined the Alliance, specializing in architectural and planning design, interior design, landscape design and other designs (Light, Curtain Wall, Geotechnical Design ). YCDA aims to formulate rules within the industry to promote and realize self-regulation and protect industry interests.
