비가열식 에어드라이어는 압축공기 제습에 있어 흡착제를 사용하는 제품 중 가장 기본적인

제품이며, 흡착제 재생 시 열원을 이용하지 않고 건조공기 일부를 재생원으로 사용한다.

다른 형식의 DRYER에 비해 구조가 매우 간단하며,설치면적이 적고 별도의 제어 시스템이

필요 없으므로 유지 관리가 매우 용이하다

SAD is a basic product that uses dessicant to dehumidifies the

compressed air. When regenerating dessicant, it uses a part of dried air

instead of using a heat. Its installation is very simple. Also, it does not

require extra controller system to keep its maintenance simple.

급유식, 무급식 압축공기 LINE에 관계없이 설치할 수 있으며 유분 및 냄새, 수분 분진등을

완벽하게 제거 할 수 있습니다.

It can be installed irrespectively to the fueling or non-fueling system

Also, it can remove the oil distillate, moisture, dust and odor perfectly.

에어콤프레샤가 공기를 흡입하여 압축하는 과정에서 발생되는 부산물이다.

얼마나 발생되며, 왜 처리 되어져야 하는가…?년간 100마력 용량의 에어콤프레샤를 사용하는 경우 응축수량은 대략 45,880리터 (압력:7kg/cm2, 가동시간:24h/day, 가동수:365일)일반적으로 급유식 에어콤프레샤의 경우 오일이 함유된 에멀젼 상태의 응축수가 발생되고, 기준에 맞는 처리를 거치지 않고 방류되면 자연환경의 오염을 초래한다.

더 이상 콤프레샤 증설에 따른 유수분리기 용량을 걱정할 필요가 없다.

모든 기업은 설비의 증가로 인해 콤프레샤의 증설이 뒤따르기 마련이다.기존에 나온 모든 유수분리기의 경우 용량이 한정되어 한번 설치한 제품이 콤프레샤 증설로 인해 더 이상 못 쓰게 되고 더 큰 용량이필요하게 됨에 따라 중복 투자되는 경우가 많다.

에멀젼(Emulsion)이란....물과 기름처럼 서로 섞이지 않는 두 액체를 흔들어 섞으면 한 액체가 미세하게

쪼개져서 다른 액체 속으로 분산된다. 이러한 과정을 유화 혹은 에멀젼화라고

하며, 이렇게 미세하게 분산되어 있는 계를 에멀젼이라고 한다.

산업용 공기압축 시스템에서 부득이 생성될 수밖에 없는 응축수는 공기 압축

과정에서 윤활 및 냉각을 위해 투입되는 오일이 응축수와 결합하여 에멀젼화

가 심각하다. 에멀젼화 되어있는 오일 성분을 완벽하게
