5. DCH will not hold any responsibility for any failed deliveries due to the following reasons:

- Unavailability of recipient at the specified address on the specified date.

- An incorrect address.

- Insifficient recipients information.

- Incorrect recipient telephone number.

6. Goods can only be returned if damage is found upon acknowledgement of receipt.

Two delivery service sections are available, which are from 5-12/9 & 13-19/9 (Mon-Fri 10am-6pm), please

specifiy upon ordering.

Free delivery service is available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories whilst $100 will

be charged for Tung Chung & Airport area; no delivery service for Ma Wan & outlying islands. (In terms of

single delivery point)

Whenever there is shortage of any specific goods, DCH reserves the right to replace by other goods with

equivalent value.

Order deadline for Mid-Autumn Festive Hampers is 9 Sep 2018. "321 Additional Items" are fixed price

items and cannot enjoy any discount.1. 截止訂購日期為2018年9月9日。「321自加選項」為折實價，並不享有任何折扣。

6. 本公司只在顧客簽收時，即時發現損毀的情况下方安排退換貨品。

1. 凡訂購禮籃/盒可享免費送貨服貨，送貨地區為香港島、九龍及新界；東涌及機場送貨費用

每地點$100，馬灣及離島不設送貨。(以每個送貨地點計算)

2. 送貨日期分為2018年9月5-12日及9月13-19日兩個時段，服務時間為上午10時至下午6時，請於下單時列

明選擇時段。(不包括星期六、日)

3. 每天截單時間為下午5時。送貨日期一般為確認訂購表格後3個工作天。

(如訂購8個或以上禮物籃，請於期望送貨日期前一星期訂購)

4. 送貨日期可能會因應運送情況及天氣而有所改動或延遲，送貨日期以大昌食品之最終決定為準。

5. 因以下情況引致送遞延誤或遺漏，而造成任何直接或間接的損失，大昌食品將概不負責:

-在提供的送貨地址，並無有關收禮人
