AY2019 Fall Semester: Master’s Thesis (PDF) and Title Submission Academic Services, Graduate School of Science and Technology

All students who are expected to complete the master’s program in March 2020 must submit the thesis title and thesis (PDF) online by the deadline below. If you wish to finish the program early to complete in March 2020, please inform the Academic

Services of it. Inquiries regarding data entry will be accepted at the office of Academic Services (1st Floor, #25

build.).

提出マニュアル / Submission procedures

１． 題目入力について / To enter your thesis title

① [ keio.jp ] ⇒ [授業支援] にログイン後、論文欄に表示されているの 修士論文題目 をクリックしてください。

Log into “keio.jp” ⇒ “Class Support” then click “Master’s Thesis Title” at the bottom right of the page. https://login.keio.jp

② まず「提出」をクリックしてください。これによって入力が可能になります。

Click 「提出」 “Submit ” to start editing data.

③ 「Q1 修士論文題目（和文）」、「Q2修士論文題目（英文）」を入力してください。

修士論文が英語の場合は、英文題目を Q1および Q2に半角で入力してください。

なお、上付き文字、下付き文字など web入力できない文字が含まれている場合は、

「Q3」に wordファイル（和文・英文とも）をアップロードしてください。

＜注意点＞

全角と半角が混在する題目は、証明書発行機から成績証明書を発行できなくなります。和文題目の

中にアルファベットが含まれる場合は、全角で入力してください。

Enter your thesis title in Japanese in “Q1”, and in English in “Q2”. If your master’s thesis is written in English, enter your thesis title in English in Q1 and Q2.

If your thesis title includes characters such as superscript or subscript which cannot be entered, please create a word document and upload it on Q3.

④ ＜留学生のみ＞「Q4」と「Q5」を回答してください。

「Q4」で「いいえ」を選択した場合、「Q5」に英文学位記に記載する氏名を入力してください。英文学位記に記載される氏名になります。12月 2日(月)までに学生課学事担当窓口にパスポートを持参してください。

＜For International Students＞ Answer “Q4” and “Q5”. If you answer "No" in Q4, then enter your new diploma name in Q5. The same name will appear on your diploma. You should also bring your passport to the Office of Student Services (Academic Services) by Monday, December 2.

⑤ 入力後、「提出確認画面へ」ボタンをクリックしてください。 After you have finished editing data, click “Confirm”.

⑥ 入力内容を確認した後、「提出」ボタンをクリックしてください。 Confirm the data you entered, then click “Submit”. ⑦ これで提出は完了です。提出期限後、指導教員が[授業支援]上で承認すると確定となります。

Submission of your thesis title is completed. Your thesis title will be confirmed after being approved by your research advisor.

２． 題目修正について / To revise the thesis title you entered ① 提出期限前であれば何度でも修正は可能です。右下の 修士論文題目 をクリックしてください。

その後は上記１の②以降と同様です。 You can revise the data any number of times before submission. Click “Master’s Thesis Title” at the bottom right of this page and follow the same procedures from 1 _② .

② 提出期限後に修正する場合は修正期間内に行ってください。

If you need to revise the data after submission, please follow the procedures below during the specified period for revising data.

修正期間： 1月上旬～2月 12日（水）9：00（日程は必ず webで確認してください）

修正方法： 既に指導教員が承認済みの場合は、修士論文題目を『未承認』へ変更して

もらってください。その後は上記２の①以降と同じです。

修正後は、指導教員へ再度『承認』していただくよう必ず連絡してください。

Period for revising data: From early January to 9:00am, Wednesday, February 12, 2020 *Be sure to confirm the period on the website.

Procedures for revising data: If your research advisor has already approved your thesis title, you should ask him/her to change it to “Non-approved”. Then follow the same procedures from 2_①. After you have revised the data, be sure to ask your research advisor to approve your thesis title again.

３． 論文（PDF）提出について / To submit the PDF version thesis

提出期限: 2020 年 2 月 28 日（金） 16：00

Thesis Submission Deadline: 4:00pm, Friday, February 28, 2020

① [ keio.jp ]－[ 授業支援 ]にログイン後、右下の 修士論文 PDF・要旨 PDF をクリックしてください。

Log into “keio.jp” ⇒ Class Support” then click “PDF version Master's Thesis and Abstract” at the bottom right of the page. https://login.keio.jp

② その後は、修士論文題目提出時と同じ入力方法で提出してください。

なお、修士論文（PDF）は指導教員の承認は不要です。

＜注意点＞

メディアセンターで公開される電子ファイルです。最終版の修士論文であることを必ず確認してください。

提出する論文の題目は、申告してある題目と同じでなければいけません。

論文ＰＤＦは、上から、中表紙・要旨（和文）・要旨（英文）・本文 の順番。

要旨ＰＤＦは、上から、中表紙・要旨（和文）・要旨（英文） の順番。

中表紙が無い場合、ファイルが壊れている場合、文字化け等が甚だしい場合は、公開希望であっても自動的に

非公開として扱われますので注意してください。

公開・非公開は、紙媒体の修士論文と一緒に提出された「使用許諾書」により区別されます。

Submit your thesis in a pdf format online following the same procedures as you submit your thesis title.

Approval from your research advisor is not necessary for the thesis in a pdf format. <Note> Since this PDF version will be uploaded and published through Media Center, please submit the final version

of your thesis.

The thesis title must be EXACTLY identical with the one you declared in the title online.

Thesis in a pdf format must be arranged in order of "Title Page", "Abstract" and "Text".

Abstract in a pdf format must be arranged in order of "Title Page" and "Abstract".

If the file is damaged or the characters are garbled, your thesis will not be published even you want to get it published.

Whether your thesis will be published or not is determined by the permission you granted in “Master’s Thesis Copyright

Agreement Approval Form".
