１ Examination

　　Examination will be given four times a year: Selection of Privately-Financed Foreign

Students (the First, the Second, and the Third Examination) and Off-Campus Selection of

Privately-Financed Foreign Students.

　　Those who apply for the Selection of Privately-Financed Foreign Students have to

apply according to “Application Procedure for Admission to Graduate School of Education

(Master's Program） for Selection of Privately-Financed Foreign Students.”

４出願資格

　　日本国籍を有しない者で，次のいずれかに該当する者です。

⑴　外国において，学校教育における16年の課程を修了した者又は令和３年（2021年）３月まで

に修了見込みの者

⑵　外国の学校が行う通信教育における授業科目を我が国において履修することにより当該外国

の学校教育における16年の課程を修了した者又は令和３年（2021年）３月までに修了見込みの

者

⑶　外国の大学その他の外国の学校（その教育研究活動等の総合的な状況について，当該外国の

政府又は関係機関の認証をうけた者による評価をうけたもの又はこれに準ずるものとして文部

科学大臣が別に指定するものに限る。）において，修業年限が３年以上である課程を修了するこ

と（当該外国の学校が行う通信教育における授業科目を我が国において履修することにより当

該課程を修了すること及び当該外国の学校教育制度において位置付けられた教育施設であって

文部科学大臣の指定を受けたものにおいて課程を修了することを含む。）により，学士の学位に

相当する学位を授与された者又は令和３年（2021年）３月までに授与される見込みの者

⑷　本学大学院において，個別の入学資格審査により，大学を卒業した者と同等以上の学力があ

ると認めた者で，令和３年（2021年）３月31日までに22歳に達する者

す。例えば，私費外国人留学生【学外】特別選抜試験の出願予定者が前もって前期選抜

の申請期間に申請する場合も受け付けています。

４ Qualifi cations

　　Those who are not of Japanese nationality and who satisfy any of the qualifi cations below.

(1) Those who have completed or will have completed at least 16 years of formal school education outside of Japan by the end of March, 2021.(2) Those who have completed or will have completed at least 16 years of formal school education of a country outside of Japan by the end of March, 2021 through completion of the country's correspondence school courses in Japan.

(3) Those who (will) have been conferred a degree equivalent to bachelor's degree by the end of March, 2021, by completing a program of three years or longer (including cases where they complete the program by taking the correspondence course offered by a

foreign institution or completing the program at an educational institution placed in the

school education system of the relevant foreign country and specifi ed as such by the

Minister of Education and Science in Japan) at a foreign university or other institution

(limited to those whose educational and research activities have been evaluated by an

agency which has been certifi ed by the relevant government or organization, or those

designated as such by the Minister of Education and Science)

(4) Those who will be confi rmed by the qualifi cation review at the Graduate School of Naruto University of Education as having achieved academic standards equivalent to

those of university or college graduates in Japan, and will have reached the age of 22 by　31 March, 2021: such as those who have graduated from junior colleges, technical col-leges, vocational schools and other educational institutions.

the First Examination: 25 May to 29 May, 2020 Off-Campus Selection of Privately-Financed Foreign Students and

the Second Examination: 18 September to 25 September, 2020　　The qualifi cation review is done before the application period of each examination, so

the application period of the qualifi cation review is set linked to the application periods

of the First Examination, the Off-Campus Selection of Privately-Financed Foreign

Students, and the Second Examination.

　　For example, it is accepted that the applicant who is planning to apply for the Off-

Campus Selection of Privately-Financed Foreign Students makes request for the

qualifi cation review beforehand during the application period of the qualifi cation review

for the First Examination.

７ Conditions of Application of Each Course and Field　　When applying to the courses and fi elds below, the required conditions must be fulfi lled.

(1) Applicants for the courses of Clinical Psychology and Basic Human Science for

Integrated Studies are required to have passed the Japanese Language Profi ciency Test

(N 2 or Level 2 of the former test).

(2) Applicants for the field of Japanese Language Education and Culture of Global

Education Course are required to have passed the Japanese Language Profi ciency Test (N

1 or Level 1 of the former test).

(3) Applicants for Global Education Course (the fields of International Educational

Cooperation, Intercultural Understanding and English Communication, and Mathematics

and Science Education) are required to have passed the Japanese Language Profi ciency

Test (N 2 or Level 2 of the former test) when choosing to take the examination in

Japanese.

(4) Applicants for Global Education Course (the fields of International Educational

Cooperation, Intercultural Understanding and English Communication, and Mathematics

and Science Education) are required to have TOEFL (iBT) score of 60 and over or

TOEIC score of 720 and over when choosing to take the examination in English. In

addition, they must have one year or more of continuous period of registration given

below as of 1 April, 2021.

　　合格者には，入学に際し必要な書類を12月中旬に合格通知書と併せて発送します。

15 Admission Procedure

(1) Entrance Registration Period

　（Off-Campus Selection of Privately-Financed Foreign Students）

　　The document for admission will be mailed in the middle of December with the

offi cial letter of admission.

(2) Admission Procedure

Post the documents by registered express mail or bring them to the Admission Offi ce.

＊ If you post the admission documents, make sure they will arrive by the deadline.

○Required fees (as of 2020) are as follows:

　　Entrance fee ¥282,000 and Tuition fee for the first semester ¥267,900 and for the

second semester ¥267,900.

　　Entrance fee is to be paid when you submit your documents.

　　If the entrance fee changes, you will need to pay the revised entrance fee.

　　Tuition for the fi rst semester is to be paid between 1 April, 2021 and 30 April, 2021.

　　If the tuition changes during your stay at the University, you will need to pay the

re vised tuition.

16 Time of Entrance and Educational Methods

(1) The time of entrance is April, 2021.

For students from JICA Program, e.g. Japanese Grant Aid for Human Resource Devel -

opment Scholarship (JDS), the time of entrance is April or October, 2021.

(2) The same curricula are applied for both international and other students. Basically, all

lectures are given in the Japanese language.

17　遠隔教育プログラムについて（現代教育課題総合コース）

⑴　対象者

　　現に日本に在住する現職教員，教育関係者（教育内容・方法及び教材の開発等教育改善に資

する業務に携わる者）で，所属長の同意を得て，在職のまま入学しようとする者とします。

⑵　募集人員

　　人間教育専攻現代教育課題総合コース定員のうち　若干人

⑶　修業年限

　　２年

⑷　授業形態

　　遠隔教育プログラムでは，インターネットを用いた遠隔教育システムによる授業と長期休業

期間中のスクーリング（対面型集中講義）による授業を実施します。

⑸　受講申請要件

①　所属長の入学に関する「同意書」を提出することが要件となります。

※所属が変更になった場合には，新しい所属長による「同意書」を再度提出してください。

②　遠隔教育プログラムを受講するには，高速インターネット回線（光・ADSL・CATV回線等）

に接続された動画視聴可能なパソコンが必要です。

⑹　選抜方法等

　　遠隔教育プログラムによる入学希望者の試験問題は，現代教育課題総合コースを志望する者

と同じ問題です。

　　受験を希望する者は，入学願書の「遠隔教育プログラム」欄の『希望する』に ✓点を

17 Details of Distance Education Programme (Basic Human Science for

Integrated Studies Course)

　　Those who live in Japan now and are employed as school teachers or involved

in education-related job (contributing to the improvement of education such as

development of educational contents and methods and educational materials) and who

wish to be admitted to our graduate school remaining in service with the consent of the

head of the institution

　　A few out of the quota on the course of Basic Human Science for Integrated Studies

⑷　Educational methods

　　Distance Education Programme provides the instruction using distance education

system on the Internet and the schooling during long-term vacations (get-together

intensive courses).

⑸　Qualifi cations for application

①　Submission of a written consent to your enrollment into the graduate school by the

head of the institution you work for is required.

※When you change the institution you work for, resubmit a written consent by the

head of the new institution.

②　A personal computer connected to the high-speed Internet (optical, ADSL, CATV,

etc.) making video viewing possible is necessary for attending Distance Education

Programme.

⑹　Selection

　　The questions of the examination for the applicants for Distance Education

Programme are the same with those for Basic Human Science for Integrated Studies

Course.

include the period of their service in nursery schools. Count the period of teaching

experience up until 31 March, 2021. If you are retiring from the service before 1 April,

2021, you should count the period up to the day of retiring.

(2) If the period of teaching experience is less than a month, count it as a month.

(3) The number of years and months of teaching experience must be the same with “Period

⑴　払込方法（場所）

　　この郵便振替払込書用紙は本学の検定料の納入用紙として郵便局・ゆうちょ銀行の承認を受けたものです。検定料は必ずこの用紙を使用し

て最寄りの郵便局・ゆうちょ銀行の窓口で払い込み、ATM（現金自動預払機）は利用しないでください。

　　その際、ご依頼人（受験者）の住所・氏名を記入のうえ、３連の振替払込書用紙を切り離さないで郵便局・ゆうちょ銀行に出して収納印の

押印を受けてください。

⑵　留意点

　　払込済（日付印のあるもの）の「検定料振替払込受付証明書（お客さま用）」を別紙「検定料振替払込受付証明書貼付台紙」に貼付し必ず提

出してください。貼付されていない場合は，出願書類を受理することができません。

　　検定料振替払込受付証明書を大学に提出した後、振替払込請求書兼受領証は、入学試験終了まで大切に保管してください。
