2nd fit is APPROVED as PPS with below corrections. Please submit 2 TOPs.

Approved for BULK production. OK to cut.

Fit, balance, construction, and workmanship need to be improved.

All pattern corrections noted below are to be made by the factory.

1. Please note the following workmanship / construction issues:

a. Ruffle was tacked too far away from the front edge, which resulted in buttons being fully visible when

shirt is button-up at ruffle area…see photo.

b. Last buttonhole is also not covered by the ruffle, creating poor appearance…see photo.

c. Twist / fold / ruffle ratio of 2nd fit is not the same ratio as original sample… see photo.

There are not enough twists / folds on the ruffle of 2nd fit.

Factory MUST maintain same ratio of twists / folds as original in order to meet Designer’s approval.

d. Angle of ruffle ends at lower front are positioned INCORRECTLY…see photo.

For your reference, please refer to photo of original sample for CORRECT ruffle finishing.

e. Shirt is torqueing to wearer’s RIGHT…see 3 view photo.

2. Sewing construction below have been updated. Please refer to sketch page.

a. Hidden placket is set 9 ½” away from hem and tacked between buttons.

Please refer to #244687 for front hidden placket sewing construction.

b. Shoulder seam construction has been revised to flat- fell, pucker-free finish

with ¼” clear mobilon tape.

3. Button issue / revision:

a. 1st and last buttons weren’t locked as required in sketch page.

b. Button spacing has been revised. Please refer to sketch page.

4th Button - 5th Button = 3 1/4" Spacing

5th Button - 6th Button (hidden placket) = 2 3/4" Spacing.

4. The following specs are BARELY within tolerance. Please refer to specification sheet:

1st button from HPS

Sleeve placket opening

Neck width HPS to HPS

5. The following spec is OUT of tolerance. Please refer to specification sheet:
