General conditions:

The candidates are requested to note the following:

4. Experience in a discipline / area of work, wherever prescribed, shall be counted after the date ofacquiring the minimum prescribed qualifications for that post.

5. The post is reserved to the person having locomotor disability with not less than 40% in OL (One Leg -right/left. Relaxation will be given only on production of disability certificate (in the format attached)from a Medical Board duly constituted by the Central or State Government. The committee shouldconsist of atleast three members out of which one shall be a specialist in assessing locomotordisability.

6. Women Candidates fulfilling the requirements are encouraged to apply for the posts.7. Candidates who are in Government / autonomous Institutions and PSU should forward their

applications only through proper channel.

8. NIOT may fix suitable norms for shortlist the applications depending upon the vacancies availableand the area in which the vacancies exist.

9. The shortlisted candidates may be called for the trade test and only those who qualify in the TradeTest will be eligible to attend the interview.
