2OO7年重大记事

一. 完成2006－2007年基金项目申请

共资助了30个项目，其中有机所12个，外单位18个，资助总额112.65万。

二．中科院创新团队

6月2-5日中国科学院上海有机所“均相催化研究”国际合作伙伴计划团队在武汉召开了团队2007年的工作研讨会，会议邀请到了国家自然科学基金委化学部杜灿屏老师和中国科学院高技术与发展局化工处白路娜老师参加。团队海外成员：美国The Pennsylvania State University的张绪穆教授、美国University of Virginia的蒲林教授、美国The Ohio State University的王鹏教授、美国Texas Tech University的李桂根教授、香港中文大学的谢作伟教授、香港科技大学的贾国成教授和团队有机所成员：麻生明、侯雪龙、唐勇、丁奎岭、施敏、刘元红全体共12位成员在会上分别作了20分钟学术报告，主要交流团队近一年来的工作进展及将来的工作打算。大家一致认为我们团队现在的合作形式非常好，交叉效果明显，合作成果开始体现，无论是在基础研究方面还是面向国家需求方面都取得一些较好的进展，我们一定要做好项目的结题验收工作，并且在项目今年年底结束以后，继续争取开展各种形式的优势互补的合作研究，以期取得更多更好的科研结果。

三. 实验室承担的科研项目运行正常

我们实验室主持的973项目“物质创造与化学转化过程中的若干前沿科学问题研究”的两个课题“金属参与的化学键断裂和形成研究”和“手性分子的构筑及相关规律研究”进展顺利，12月6-7日月在吉林大学珠海分校通过了课题的中期检查。

以我室学术带头人为主的国家基金委创新研究群体项目“导向有机合成的金属有机化学”经过六年的执行，已于2007年年底结题。麻生明和唐勇研究员分别主持的基金委重点项目“过渡金属催化的含碳化学键的活化和反应性控制”和“导向有机合成的杂原子化学”以及麻生明研究员主持的基金委国际合作交流重大项目“金属催化的化学键形成和断裂的调节和控制”今年均进展顺利，将于2008年年初结题。国家基金委优秀实验室重点项目“金属催化的有机合成方法学研究”进展良好；侯雪龙研究员主持的基金委重点项目 “有机化学反应中的选择性控制”，唐勇研究员主持的基金委国际合作项目“用于制备结构可控聚烯烃/烯烃共聚物的催化材料”，丁奎岭研究员主持的基金委重点项目“手性催化剂负载化中若干新方法研究”和国际合作交流重大项目“不对称催化反应研究”以及中科院方向性项目“手性诱导、传递与放大中的科学问题研究”今年均进展良好。施敏研究员主持申请的基金委重点项目“有机合成中的串联及多组分反应”今年已经获得批准，明年开始执行。

实验室固定人员通过上述项目的研究，共发表115篇论文，SCI收录114篇，I区论文有8篇，其中Aldrichimica Acta 1篇，J. Am. Chem. Soc. 5篇，Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 2篇，Chem. Eur. J. 4篇。同时实验室客座人员在实验室基金资助下共发表92篇论文，SCI收录91篇，I区论文有5篇。

四．对外交流

实验室今年分别接待了瑞士、法国、英国、美国、德国、澳大利亚、日本、新加坡等国的21位科学家来室访问，并作了21个学术报告；也接待了国内多位专家的来室访问，并作了1个精彩学术报告，具体情况见12-13页。同时实验室学术带头人纷纷参加国际国内的重要学术会议，应邀在国际学术会议上作邀请报告7次，在双边学术会议上作邀请报告5次，在国内学术会议上作大会报告2次。

五．实验室学术委员会工作

实验室今年10月16－18日在桂林召开了2007年度学术委员会会议，会上邀请到了国家自然科学基金委化学部的陈拥军主任和杜灿屏处长以及中科院高技术局化工处白路娜老师的参加，他们为实验室的发展提了不少宝贵的意见和建议。同时本届学术会上邀请到中科院理化技术研究所吴骊珠研究员和南开大学崔春明教授分别作了题为“多吡啶铂（II）配合物的光物理和光化学”和“Heavier Main Group Element Multiple Bonds and Rings”的学术报告。会议就实验室今后的学科布局、人才的引进和办好2011年OMCOS会议等方面展开了热烈讨论。

第二届学术委员会第三次会议简报

金属有机化学国家重点实验室第二届学术委员会第三次会议于今年10月16－18日在桂林州召开，十八位学术委员中有十二位出席会议，国家自然科学基金委化学部的陈拥军主任和杜灿屏处长以及中科院高技术局化工处白路娜老师与会指导。会议由实验室学术委员会主任席振峰教授主持。这次会议的议程是1) 室主任作实验室年度工作报告，2) 专家学术报告和交流，3) 部分课题组工作进展情况汇报，4) 国际学术会议介绍，5)实验室今后工作讨论。

一.实验室常务副主任唐勇研究员汇报了实验室一年来的工作

唐勇常务副主任首先欢迎并感谢各位领导和专家的到会，并感谢大家在过去一年中对我们实验室工作的大力指导和支持。然后他汇报了实验室一年来的工作，主要包括研究进展，研究成果，实验室建设和人才培养，基金项目，学术活动和存在问题等六个方面的工作。

二．专家学术报告和交流

会上由中科院理化技术研究所吴骊珠研究员和南开大学崔春明教授分别作了题为“多吡啶铂（II）配合物的光物理和光化学”和“Heavier Main Group Element Multiple Bonds and Rings”两个精彩的学术报告，与会代表对每一个报告都进行了充分的讨论和交流。

三. 课题组工作进展汇报和讨论

这次会上共有六个课题组进行科研工作进展汇报，分别由上海有机所丁奎岭研究员(双核金属络合物对环氧化合物的活化)、北京大学席振峰教授(双金属有机合成试剂的发展)、上海有机所刘元红研究员(金属杂环化合物促进的新型碳-碳键形成反应)、交通大学张兆国教授(富电子和大位阻配体与碳－碳键、碳－氮键形成反应)、华东师范大学张俊良教授(缺电子1,3-共轭烯炔的合成与反应研究)和上海有机所李玉学副研究员(计算化学在金属有机中的应用)到会汇报交流工作。委员们认真听取了他们的进展情况和今后工作设想，并就研究工作中的问题提出了中肯的意见和建议，进行了广泛的学术交流。

四．国际学术会议介绍和讨论

本次会上共介绍了三个国际会议的情况：

1、北京大学的席振峰教授介绍了今年8月在日本召开的OMCOS 14会议的情况, 重点介绍了大会报告的相关内容。

2、上海有机所的唐勇研究员介绍今年8月在美国召开的8th International Conference

on Heteroatom Chemistry的情况。

3、上海有机所的麻生明研究员介绍今年7月在澳大利亚召开的the 21st International Congress for Heterocyclic Chemistry (ICHC21) 的情况。

通过这些介绍和讨论，使到会代表及时了解国际上金属有机化学研究的热点和学科前沿，对拓宽工作思路起到了一定的作用。

五．今后工作讨论

会上委员们就实验室今后的学科布局、优秀人才的引进和实验室如何保持自己原有的优势等方面展开了热烈讨论。大家一致认为现在全国各个单位都在加速发展，我们实验室的体量相对其它实验室还比较小，因此一定要重视优秀人才的引进工作，为后面的工作做一些积极的部署。对我们已经争取到了2011年OMCOS的主办权，大家觉得非常高兴，下面就一定要努力办好这次会议，通过主办这样的会议提升金属有机化学国家重点实验室在世界金属有机化学学术界的地位。
