Hi. Thank you for your updates! Signed agreements will be sent to you tommorrow. By the way, regarding exchange students program, I am attaching some files. Please check it up. As I mentioned before, your students documents be completed by December or at least the first week of January

The process and preparation of exchange students is as follows;

1. application form and list of documents: please refer to the attached file

2. the number of accepting exchange students for a semester - 3-4 students per semester(Approxi. 4 months), *** Please note: according to the evaluation of international programs by MOE every

year, we strongly prefer to inviting exchange students for one semester basically, NOT one academic year. Please understand this polocy.

3. Financial support: full tuition and accommodation fees waived, Stipend for a living(a kind of coupon for meals) will be provided only for a semester.

*** Please note: costs of text book, insurance and medical checkup, and bedding are not included: The estimate of them will be as follows: Textbooks - $100, Insurance and medical checkup -$160, beddings - $50.(Total: $310).
