man was charged with possessionof a false identification, injury toreal property, underage posses-sion of alcohol, being drunk anddisruptive and resisting arrest at3:21 a.m. Sunday at 1332 Legacy Terrace, according to Chapel Hillpolice reports.
Matthew Thomas Rum, aCollege of William and Mary student, was arrested after hebroke a window at Chapel RidgeApartments with a rock, reportsstate.
He was taken to the OrangeCounty Jail in lieu of a $1,400secured bond, reports state.
