On August 26 th, the first Legacy 650 executive jet assembled by HEAI completed its maiden flight and established yet another important milestone for Brazil-Sino cooperation in aircraft manufacturing. While Embraer continues to make headway in executive aviation, the Company remains equally committed to the country’s

At the recently-concluded 2013 annual convention of the National Business Aviation Association, Embraer welcomed another

customer to its growing list of Legacy 500 executive jet operators. World renowned film start and philanthropist, Mr.

Jackie Chan, became the first customer in China to acquire the aircraft, a reflection of his trust and support of Embraer’s

executive jet products.

Mr. Chan received his first Embraer jet, a Legacy 650, in February 2012. Since then, the airplane has been satisfying his

demanding travel schedule with 100% schedule reliability over some 800 flight hours. At a press conference at the convention,

Mr. Chan explained how the Legacy 650 has been playing an important role in supporting his work in film and with his charitable

endeavors. And now, Mr. Chan has chosen another Embraer aircraft, the Legacy 500, for which we are grateful for his

endorsement of our newest jet.

Embraer has always been committed to developing executive aviation in China. Last August, China and Brazil reached another

important milestone in the field of aircraft manufacturing – the first Legacy 650 assembled by HEAI that made a perfect

maiden flight. As China's first large executive jet assembled by a joint venture, this occasion marked another page in the

Embraer Co-organizes China Regional Aviation Forum 2013

On August 28-29 - Embraer co-organized the China Regional Aviation Forum in the city of Ordos

in Inner Mongolia in association with the Civil Aviation Management Institute of China, an education

and training institute under the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), and the Ordos Airport

Administration Group Co., Ltd. As part of the China Civil Aviation Development Forum 2013, the event

served as an effective platform for delegates to have in-depth discussions on regional aviation issues.

The two-day event attracted more than 160 representatives from government and industry. Both Mr. Xia

Xinghua, Deputy Administrator of the CAAC, Ms. Wang Fei, Director of Civil Aviation, Department of

Basic Industries of NDRC, shared their views on supporting and implementing regional aviation policies.

Mr. Roger Cohen, President of the USA Regional Aviation Association and leaders of both local and

foreign major regional airlines shared their experiences on business models and operations.

First China-Assembled Legacy 650 Successfully Completes Maiden Flight

August 26 - Harbin Embraer Aircraft Industry Co., Ltd (HEAI), Embraer's joint

venture with the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC), announced

that the first Legacy 650 large executive jet assembled in China had successfully

completed its maiden flight. Delivery of the first Legacy 650 is scheduled for the

end of 2013.

Embraer's test pilots flew the aircraft for about 2.5 hours and evaluated its handling

and performance characteristics, including flight controls, communications and

navigation.

September 25 - At the 9th Chinese Aerospace Laureate Awards Ceremony

held during the 15th Aviation Expo China 2013 (Beijing Airshow), Mr. Guan Dongyuan, Senior Vice President of Embraer and President of Embraer China, received the Leadership Excellence award. The distinction was given for his excellent leadership of Embraer China, aircraft sales, and his role in developing industrial cooperation in China.

The Laureate Awards have been supported by the Chinese government, the CAAC, the Ministry of Industry & Information Technologyand the Air Force. This particular award is Embraer's first at the corporate level in 2013.

Founded in 2005, the Chinese Aerospace Laureate Awards are the most influential in aviation. They honor those who have made significant contributions to the industry.

Back in 2007, HEAI won the award for Best Cooperationin recognition for its role in the partnership between Embraer and AVIC. As the first international cooperation project in China, HEAI is often referred to as “another model of South-South Cooperation” by both Chinese and Brazilian leaders.

August 27 – During the China Regional Aviation Forum 2013,

Embraer launched a Chinese website highlighting the E-Jets

E2s, (www.E-JetsE2.com), the next generation of E-Jets that was

announced at the Paris Air Show. Readers can access information

about the new jets'range, seat capacity and cabin interior.

Mini-Conference

October 10-11th – Embraer China had its

1st edition of Executive Jets Operators Mini-

conference in Hong Kong. 26 attendees

from 7 operators participated in the two day

conference, and had in-depth discussion

and experience sharing on topics of flight

operation, service & maintenance and spare

parts of Embaer's Lineage 1000 and Legacy

600/650 fleet in China.

The meeting has been positively affirmed

by all attendees with full agenda and topics

discussed, which offers sound solutions for the

issues operators encountered for the executive

jets fleet management. The updates on global

executive jets fleet management gives the

operators suggestions for preventive measures.

While the discussion on flight operations

provided operators many new concepts which

is of great value for their training of pilots.

Embraer Releases China Executive Aviation Market Outlook 2014-2023

September 10 - Embraer presented its China Executive Aviation Market Outlook

2014-2023 at a press conference held at the Chinese International Business

Aviation Show (CIBAS) 2013 in Beijing. The company forecasts a demand

for 805 executive jets in the Chinese market over the next decade. Large cabin

business jets are expected to represent 51% of this demand, accounting for 78% of

the total value of deliveries.

Embraer maintains a positive forecast for the potential of the Chinese executive

aviation market based on studies of the country's economic outlook. China's

fleet of executive jets has grown an average annual of 27% from 2008 to 2012.

This has been fueled by 26% growth of the wealthiest sector of the population

according to data released by Hunrun Report. The report is considered one of the

most influential publications in the high-end goods and services market in the

country.

The forecast sees more development of executive aviation in order to meet demand

for business and leisure travel beyond that supplied by airlines. Embraer's market

outlook also cites infrastructure improvements as catalysts to executive aviation

growth with the number of fixed-base operators (FBOs) expected to increase from

the current five to nine.

E190 Media Event in Xinjiang

September 11-12 – Embraer hosted an E190

media event in Xinjiang in which representatives

from major local media organizations were invited

on a round-trip flight aboard an E190 between

Urumqi and Nalati. The flight was arranged to give

members of the media a better understanding of

the E190, particularly its advanced technology and

comfortable cabin. The Xinjiang region is ideal

for aircraft of the E190's size considering the vast

territory and low passenger volume. Since its first

flight to Xinjiang in 2010, the E190 has become

a major force in the region, building a well-

connected regional network and providing local

people with more convenient air service.

October 21, 2013 -World renowned artist and philanthropist Jackie Chan is

the launch customer of the Legacy 500 executive jet in China. His aircraft is

scheduled for delivery for 2015.

“My Legacy 650 is perfect for long trips and it has everything I need on board,” said

Mr. Chan. “The Legacy 500 is futuristic and I'm anxious to fly in the real aircraft.”

Mr. Chan became the first customer for the Legacy 650 large executive jet in

China. He is also the brand ambassador for Embraer Executive Jets. His aircraft

features his iconic “dragon” livery.

Legacy 500 and Legacy 450 Program Enhancements

The Legacy 450's four-passenger range has been increased to 2,500

nm, 200 nm further than the original specification. The fuselage

has been extended to provide more cabin space. The company also

Embraer displayed its complete portfolio of business aircraft at the National

Business Aviation Association Convention and Exhibition in Las Vegas, NV,

on October 22-24. This year marked the company's biggest participation

at the show by presenting all of its executive jets, including a new mockup

of the Legacy 450 mid-light jet, and the third production prototype of the

Legacy 500 midsize jet, currently in flight test.

At October 21 press conference, Embraer announced these transactions and

detailed program advancements.

Rockwell Collins Systems Selected for the Legacy 450/500 Program

Rockwell Collins' HGS-3500, the first-ever Head-up

Guidance System (HGS) for mid-light and mid-size

business jets, and the new multi-spectral EVS-3000

enhanced vision system were selected for the Legacy

500 and Legacy 450.

Rockwell Collins'solution will be offered as the

E2VS (Embraer Enhanced Vision System) option

on the Legacy 500 and Legacy 45. E2VS, which

encompasses the HUD e EVS, will fully integrate

with Rockwell Collins’ Pro Line Fusion avionics

suite. Its compact size and discrete profile will enable

seamless incorporation in the cockpit.

Introducing the Lineage 1000E

Embraer announced the launch of the Lineage 1000E. The ultra-large

aircraft is the company's biggest executive jet and carries up to 19

passengers in five cabin zones. It is equipped with an electronic fly-by-wire

flight control system.

The Lineage 1000E introduces an array of enhancements that deliver

extended range, enhanced interior features and functionalities, including the

July 17, 2013 – Embraer and International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), a

global leader in the leasing and remarketing of jets to commercial airlines, have

signed the final agreement for 50 firm E-Jets E2s: 25 E190-E2s and 25 E195-E2s.

The contract, announced in Letter of Intent (LOI) at the Paris Air Show in June,

also contains options for an additional 25 E190-E2s and 25 E195-E2s, bringing the

potential order to 100 aircraft.

September 13, 2013 – Embraer delivered the 1,000th E-Jet during a

ceremony at the Company's headquarters in São José dos Campos. The

E175 was handed over to Republic Airlines, a subsidiary of Republic

Airways Holdings Inc., which will operate the aircraft on behalf of

American Eagle. The delivery is part of Republic's order for 47 E175s

that was announced at the beginning of 2013. The contract also includes

options to buy another 47 aircraft.

The upgrade reflects the Company's strong operating

opportunities in the commercial aviation segment. The

rating also reflects improvements in sales diversification

through leadership with the E-Jets product line and

successfully placing new products in the executive

aviation and defense and security segments.

July 5, 2013 – Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL), the national airline of

Azerbaijan, received the first of four E190s on order. The aircraft will

be deployed on the carrier's international network from Baku's Heydar

Aliyev International Airport (GYD). The three remaining aircraft are

scheduled for delivery by the end of the year. The four E190s are part

of an acquisition of six E-Jets. Two 76-seat E170s purchased from ECC

Leasing, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Embraer, will also join the fleet

later this year.

regional subsidiary, concluded a lease

agreement with BOC Aviation to add six

E190s to its current fleet of 22 E-Jets.

The additional E190s are part of KLM

Cityhopper's strategic plan to replace the

oldest aircraft in its Fokker fleet. The first of

the six E190s is scheduled to be delivered

during the second half of 2013.

June 18, 2013 – In the second quarter of 2013, Embraer delivered 22 commercial

and 29 executive jets for a total of 51 aircraft. As of June 30, 2013, the firm order

backlog totaled USD17.1 billion, an increase of USD3.8 billion over the first

quarter. This is the highest backlog value since the third quarter of 2009.

11:00-12:00 试飞准备会议

安博威会议室内,两日前刚从巴西飞抵中国负责此次试

飞的机长何塞 •皮尔克(Jose Willi Pirk)、副驾驶员利迪奥 •内

托 (Lidio Bertolini Neto)、试飞工程师法比奥 • 马科斯(Fabio

Augusto Marques)与安博威试飞团队召开试飞准备会议,进一

步探讨、完善试飞方案。

August 26, 2013, is of special significance for Embraer, the

AVIC Harbin Aircraft Industry Group (AVIC HAIG) and the

Harbin Embraer Aircraft Industry Co., Ltd. (HEAI).

Another important milestone for Brazil-Sino cooperation in aircraft

manufacturing was ushered in after more than ten years of concerted

efforts –the successful maiden flight of the first Legacy 650 executive

jet assembled by HEAI. This aircraft is also the first large executive

jet assembled by a joint venture in China. It is a historic chapter in

the history of China's executive aviation industry and also marks a

milestone for Embraer in the Chinese executive aviation market.

11:00-12:00 - Pre-flight Meeting

In the meeting room at HEAI, Captain José Willi Pirk, First Officer

Lidio Bertolini Neto, and Flight Engineer Fabio Augusto Marques

(who had arrived in China from Brazil only days before) were

meeting with the HEAI team to discuss the flight test program.

12:45-13:00 - Waiting for the Maiden Flight

In front of HEAI's hanger, hundreds of employees from both HEAI

and AIVC HAIG had gathered including Mr. Nie Xiaoming, Party

Secretary of AVIC HAIG, and Mr. Liu Guanglin, Vice President of

AVIC HAIG. Everyone was filled with excitement while waiting for

the take-off of the aircraft.

In the cockpit of the Legacy 650, Captain Pirk, First Officer Bertolini

and Engineer Marques were relaxed. Before joining Embraer, the

captain and first officer were both pilots with the Brazilian Air Force.

Between them, they had decades of service in the military and years

working together. At Embraer, both of them have flown almost

every type of the company's commercial and business aircraft. Flight

Engineer Marques has accumulated more than 1,000 flying hours.

安博威机库门前,人头攒动。哈飞党委书记聂小铭、副总

经理刘广林等哈飞领导也已亲临现场,与上百名中巴员工聚集

在此,期待一睹在中国组装的首架莱格赛 650 的首飞英姿。

而在莱格赛 650 驾驶舱中,机长何塞、副驾驶利迪奥和工

程师法比奥则极为沉着冷静。在加入巴航工业之前,何塞 •皮

尔克和利迪奥 •内托自 1978 年起服务于巴西空军。几十年的飞

行经历,包括驾驶战斗机及担任教练的经历,无疑为两人积累

了丰富的飞行驾驶经验;而多年来的共事,也增加了两人的默

契配合。加入巴航工业后,两人飞行过巴航工业生产的各种商

用及公务机型。而法比奥作为试飞工程师,参与各机型生产试

飞的飞行时间累计逾 1000 小时。

此时,机长何塞和副驾驶利迪奥一同仔细核对飞机的检查

单,进行安全程序的检查。完成安全程序检查后,在两台低速

运转的罗 - 罗 AE3007A2 发动机的推动下,两人将莱格赛 650

停在了距离跑道端头一千多米的位置,等待塔台指令。

Captain Pirk and First Officer Bertolini were carefully reviewing the

pre-flight check list and safety procedures. After completing their

checks and with the two Rolls-Royce AE3007A2 engines at slow

rotation speed, they positioned the Legacy 650 about 1,000 meters

from the runway threshold and waited for instructions from the

control tower.

On the other side of the runway, everyone was holding his breath,

focusing attention on the Legacy 650. The air was filled with tension

and excitement.

13:00-15:30 - First Legacy 650 Flies High

At 13:00, positioned at the end of the runway and with takeoff finally

authorized, little by little, silence gave way to the growing roar of

the jet's powerful engines that gradually increased thrust as it moved

along the first meters of the runway. Seconds of apprehension passed

until the nose of the aircraft rose and the landing gear lifted off the

runway. When people saw the airplane flying, they shouted, jumped

up and down, and hugged each other. Some even cried.

During the 2.5-hour test flight, the pilots and engineer conducted

comprehensive evaluation of the aircraft systems. These included

flight controls and communication and navigation systems. They

also assessed aircraft performance.

“The first flight was just perfect. The aircraft flew to an altitude

of 41,000 feet. The quality of this Legacy 650 assembled in

China is exactly the same as those assembled in Brazil in terms

of performance, which is really amazing. Our colleagues at HEAI

really did a great job!” said Captain Pirk.

“A total of 25 tests were made during the flight. After each test was

completed, we needed to document our evaluations. Of course,

testing aircraft systems did not simply rely on the judgment of

pilots and engineers. The DFDR recorded all flight data. This

is a powerful way of demonstrating the reliability of this China-

assembled Legacy 650. I congratulate all the employees who have

participated in this program,”said Fabio Marques.

“It was a successful flight. I'm really happy to be part of this great

milestone. Congratulations to all the team in China,” said First

Officer Bertolini.

15:30 - Safe Landing Completes the Maiden Flight

Right on schedule at 15:30, the Legacy 650 landed safely to

completeits perfect maiden flight.

The aircraft taxied for a short distance and finally parked in front of

the hangar. Yuri Capi, President of HEAI, Wang Ning, Vice President

of HEAI, and Liu Guanglin, Vice President of AVIC HAIG went

forward to welcome the crew.

As one member of the management who led HEAI since its

inception, Yuri Capi was excited and hugged each crew member.

“I woke up at 5 this morning, nervous and excited. It is a tough

year for HEAI. Although the Legacy 600/650 shares the same

platform with the ERJ145, executive jets and commercial aircraft

differ greatly in terms of both production processes and customer

requirements. When Embraer and AVIC reached consensus on

关于哈尔滨安博威莱格赛 600/650 项目

2002 年 12 月 2 日,巴航工业与原中航工业第二集团公

司(AVIC II)旗下哈尔滨飞机工业集团有限责任公司订立工

业合作协议,共同组建哈尔滨安博威飞机工业有限公司,制造

ERJ145 飞机。这是巴航工业在巴西以外地区建立的首个支线喷

气飞机组装设施。2003 年 1 月,安博威正式成立。

巴航工业与哈飞的成功合作铸就了安博威的巨大成功,被

中巴两国领导人誉为“南南合作的又一典范”。截至 2012年 4月,

安博威向中国各航空公司交付了 41 架 ERJ145,成为促进中国

支线航空产业强健发展的重要力量。

2012 年 6 月 21 日,鉴于中国方兴未艾的公务航空市场的

潜在发展需求,巴航工业和中航工业达成共识,决定利用安博

威的既有基础设施、财务及人力资源进行莱格赛 600/650 喷气

公务机的组装。

当日,工银金融租赁有限公司与安博威签署了 10 架莱格

About the HEAI Legacy 600/650 Program

On December 2, 2002, Embraer signed an industrial cooperation

agreement with Harbin Aircraft Industry Group Co., Ltd. (HAIG), a

subsidiary of the China Aviation Industry Corporation II (AVIC II) to

set up a joint venture with the Harbin Embraer Aircraft Industry Co,

Ltd. (HEAI). The agreement was for the production of the ERJ145.

It was the first Embraer facility outside of Brazil for the assembly of

its regional jets. HEAI opened in January 2003.

The cooperation between Embraer and AVIC HAIG has made HEAI

a great success. The joint venture is often referred to as “another

model of South-South cooperation” by both Chinese and Brazilian

leaders. As of April 2012, HEAI had delivered 41 ERJ 145s to

Chinese airlines. HEAI has become an important force in promoting

the development of China's regional aviation industry that is enabling

more Chinese travelers to benefit from regional airline services.

On June 21, 2012, in response to forecast demand from China's

flourishing executive aviation market, Embraer and AVIC reached

an agreement to build Embraer's Legacy 600/650 executive jets in

China using the infrastructure, financial resources and workforce of

HEAI.

On the same day, China's ICBC Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. signed

a deal with HEAI for ten Legacy 650s, including five firm orders

and five options to become the launch customer for HEAI's Legacy

600/650 program.

In January 2013, HEAI started assembling theLegacy 650. Delivery

of the first Legacy 650 is scheduled at the end of 2013.

Legacy 500 mid-size executive jets family, the company's

The announcement was made at a company press

conference at the 2013 NBAA Business Aviation

Convention & Exhibition. The aircraft is scheduled to be

delivered in 2015.

Mr. Chan surprised everyone by showing up at the press

conference for the announcement. A special livery

designed for his Legacy 500 was unveiled jointly by Mr.

Embraer's relationship with Mr. Chan dates back to

October 2011 when he became the company's brand

convention. The friendship entered a new stage when Mr.

Chan acquired a Legacy 650 after gaining more personal

On June 17, 2013, during the Paris Air Show, Embraer met

with customers, suppliers and the press to announce the

launch of E-Jets E2, the anxiously-awaited second generation

of the E-Jets family. Since the end of 2011 when Embraer

announced that it would re-engine the current family of market-

leading commercial jets up to 130 seats, the aviation industry

had been eager to know more details. Embraer expects to

invest a total of USD 1.7 billion to develop the E2s over the

next eight years.

The launch was announced with impressive numbers.

Customers from the four corners of the Earth committed to a

total of 365 aircraft including firm orders, options and letters of

intent (LOI). The biggest order was from SkyWest Inc. of the

USA which signed a contract for up to 200 E175-E2s (100 firm

orders and 100 options) to become the launch customer for the

type.

Embraer also announced a letter of intent from International

and resale market for jets (200 customers in 80 countries), for

the sale of 50 E2s (25 E190-E2s and 25 E195-E2s) and options

to buy an additional 50 aircraft. Less than a month later, the two

companies reached a final agreement and signed a contract.

The E2s have recorded a backlog of 150 firm orders, 150

options, and letters of intent for 65 E-Jets E2s from five

undisclosed airlines in Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America.

“The response from the market could not have been better. With

365 jets, including firm orders, options, and letters of intent,

interest has clearly been aroused by the E2s,” said Paulo Cesar

Silva, President and CEO of Embraer Commercial Aviation.

“The success of the current E-Jets that have earned a large

customer base will open the way for the E2s, showing the

market that we continue to have the best product on the market,

with the best economics in the 70 to 130-seat jet category.”

Of the three E2 models, the E190-E2 will be the first to enter

service in 2018. The E195-E2 will enter market in 2019 and the

E175-E2 will follow in 2020.

The E2s will bring great savings to airlines whatever their type

of business model with a significantly lower cost per trip. That

will help create opportunities for developing new markets

with reduced risk and with the right size aircraft for airlines to

achieve greater operating efficiency. The E195-E2, for example,

compared to re-engined narrow body aircraft like the A319neo

and the B737-7MAX, will about have a 15 percent fuel burn

advantage per trip and nearly 10 percent lower per seat.

The reductions in fuel burn, emissions, noise, and maintenance

cost, and less aircraft downtime result from the combination of

new high-performance Pratt& Whitney PurePowerTM Geared

Turbofan engines, a new aerodynamically advanced wing with a

greater aspect ratio, and improvements in systems and avionics,

including fourth generation fly-by-wire flight controls.

These modifications allowed an increase in the capacity of the

E175-E2 and the E195-E2 up to 88 and 132 seats, respectively,

while maintaining the same range. The E190-E2 is the same

size as the E190 (106 seats) but it has gained 400 more nautical

miles of range.

With these changes, Embraer will deliver the best and most

efficient product in the market for jets with 70 to 130 seats.

Demand is forecasted at 6,400 aircraft in this category over the

next 20 years. Embraer leads in market share in the segment

with slightly more than 50 percent of sales.

A new Giant Comes Aboard

ILFC is a long-standing buyer of Boeing and Airbus aircraft and

has now acquired Embraer jets for the first time. Henri Courpron,

CEO of ILFC, says that he has held conversations with Embraer for

many years and watched the success of the E-Jets program. With

the evolution of the product and its new engine technologies, he

hoped to play a relevant role with Embraer in bringing the second-

generation of E-Jets to the market.

“The E2s are spectacular! The economics, compared not only with

the current generation of E-Jets, but with the Neos and Maxes, are

very attractive. We are very happy and see many opportunities in all

of the regions where we areinvolved,” says Courpron, who expects

to have placed all of the 50 airplanes with operators in the next three

years, as well as to convert his company's options.

“I can buy airplanes any time, of any type. Now, finding the right

manufacturer and the airplane that will be a success, which will be

a liquid asset, and leasing it one, two, three times during its 25-year

life span, are what make this decision significant,” says Courpron,

who also points out global customer support infrastructure built by

Embraer over the years as another factor for the decision. “Embraer's

success will be ILFC's success and ILFC's success will be Embraer's

success.”

According to Paulo Cesar Silva, President and CEO of Embraer

Commercial Aviation, having ILFC as a customer is a great

endorsement of the E2 program. Both of the executives highlight the

customer base of the two companies as a key element in the success

of the strategic relationship which will make it possible for Embraer

jets to penetrate markets where is does not yet have apresence, such

as Russia.

On September 3, Embraer delivered its 1,000th E-Jet during a ceremony held at the company's headquarters

in São José dos Campos. The E175 was handed over to Republic Airlines, a subsidiary of Republic Airways Holdings Inc., which operates the aircraft on behalf of American Eagle. The delivery was part of Republic's order for 47 E175s that was announced at the beginning of 2013. The contract also includes options to buy another 47 aircraft.

Embraer's relationship with Republic dates back to 1999 when Chautauqua Airlines, also a subsidiary of Republic Airways Holdings, took delivery of its first ERJ 145 in the livery of US Airways Express. In 2008, Republic also received the 400th production E-Jet.

Employees carrying placards with logos and flags of each customer paraded through the audience and assembled beside the aircraft to form a map of the world. Mr. Frederico Curado, President and CEO of Embraer, spoke of the magnitude of the changes that E-Jets have brought to customers, passengers and even to Embraer itself in the nine years since E-Jets entered scheduled airline service. He made specific reference to how E-Jets continue to open new markets, particularly in China, and how perceptions of regional aircraft have changed.

Currently, E-Jets are flying with 64 airlines from 45 countries. In June of this year, Embraer launched the second generation of the E-Jets family – E-Jets E2 – the first of which is slated to enter service in 2018.

Embraer E-Jets currently hold a 50% market share and account for 62% of deliveries in the segment of jets with capacity up to 130 seats. Since January 2013, Embraer has received more than 330 firm orders for both current-generation E-Jets and the E2s.

Embraer is the only manufacturer to develop a modern family of four airplanes specifically targeted for the 70 to 130-seat segment. Since the formal launch of the program in 1999, E-Jets have redefined the traditional concept of regional aircraft by operating in range of business applications. Today,

10:00 破冰及分组环节,四个小组迅速确定

队名、口号及队旗的设计。

11:00 在专业教练的指导下,学习基本动作,

如挥棒、传接球、站位及跑位等,以及相应的

攻防守规则。

14:00 在教练的指导下,进行模拟比赛,更

详尽地了解比赛规则。

14:45 模拟比赛结束,各小组在队长的领导

下总结模拟比赛中的不足,重新确立每位组员

的角色并确定战术。各小组进入一级备战状

态!

2013 年 10 月 18 日,巴航工业近 60 名员工

在京郊开展了“爱上棒球”拓展培训。棒

球运动被誉为“竞技与智慧的完美结合”,是

一项集智慧与勇敢、趣味与协作于一体的集体

运动项目。

On October 18th, some 60 Embraer China employees participated in an

outdoor baseball training camp held on the outskirts of Beijing. Known

as the “perfect combination of athletics and wisdom,” baseball is a group sport

integrating wisdom, courage, fun and group collaboration.

10:00 Icebreaking & Group Formation: The staff was divided into four

groups. Each team adopted a name, slogan and flag design.

11:00 Learning the Rules: Under the guidance of professional coaches, we

learned the basics of swinging, passing, catching, positioning and movement,

as well as offensive and defensives rules.

14:00 Practicing: With the guidance of the coach, teams held preliminary

games to practice what they had learned.

14:45 Getting Ready for Battle: At the end of the practice games, each

group evaluated their performance, changed the positions of some of team

members and reviewed offensive and defensive plans. Everyone was ready for

the real battle!

15:00 比赛正式拉开帷幕,每位成员全身心投

入集智慧与竞技、速度与激情的棒球运动!

17:30 比赛结束,各小组分享拓展培训心得。

为期一天的活动虽然时间短暂,但每位成员收

获的并未止步于棒球运动自身的趣味性。活动期间

的亲密互动令平常只有八个小时相处的成员相互间

增加了一份了解、增进一份默契;而在为共同目标

战斗的过程中,小组成员的无私配合、表现出的韧

劲和毅力,则令每一位成员感受到一个高效团结、

相辅相携的团队的魅力所在!

15:00 The Battle Kicks-Off: Everyone was focused on the game, a sport that

inspires wisdom, athletic spiritand passion.

17:30 A Perfect Ending: It all ended perfectly with each team sharing its

thoughts on the games.

Although the event was just for a few hours, everyone finished the activity with

more than just a few hours of fun. It allowed all the members of Embraer China to

better understand each other. While fighting for a common goal, the support and the

perseverance each member demonstrated to win made the teams more united.
