How to set your OKR?

• 變成週期性活動• 每一季、每年訂定• 定期檢視及檢討
• 不要貪多• 最好 3 個 Objectives ,每個 Objectives 有 3 – 4 個 Key Results• 最多一季不要超過 5 個 O ,每個不要超過
4 個 KR.• 盡量設定具挑戰性的目標
• 使盡吃奶力量,也只能完成 70-80%• Key Results 必須能量化、衡量成效

Before the meeting• Design the meeting purpose.
• 確定有開會的必要性• Set a clear agenda
• 設定明確的議題 • Prepare “prereads”
• 開會前先將書面資料寄出給會議成員• Invite only necessary participants
• 每一個人開會都是成本,不邀請只是列席者• Review action items from last week
• 整理先前結論及執行成效

Some tips• Do one-on-one meetings frequently.
• 不浪費不相關人的時間• 聯繫感情,拉近彼此距離• 會議可以頻繁,但時間很短
• Be short. • 會議以 5 分鐘為單位,盡量不超過 30 分鐘
• Do it only when necessary• 必要時才開會,平常增加溝通可以增加默契,減少開會浪費時間
