我惟靠袮，袮是盾牌常護庇，We rest on Thee, our Shield and our Defender;

我不孤單，因你為我迎敵；We go not forth alone against the foe;

我能平安，因你剛強有能力，Strong in Thy strength,

safe in Thy keeping tender,

我能靠袮，袮名作我旌旗。We rest on Thee, and in Thy Name we go.

只靠袮名，榮耀救恩的元帥，Yea, in Thy Name, O Captain of salvation!

靠袮聖名，袮名遠超萬名；In Thy dear Name, all other names above;

是我公義，作我根基永堅定，Jesus our Righteousness, our sure Foundation,

慈愛君王，你名榮耀尊崇。Our Prince of glory and our King of love.

我惟信袮，軟弱乃得變剛強，We go in faith, our own great weakness feeling,

日日來嘗你的恩典豐盛；And needing more each day Thy grace to know;

心靈深處湧出得勝凱歌聲，Yet from our hearts a song of triumph pealing;

欣然靠託，奉袮尊名前行 。We rest on Thee, and in Thy Name we go.
