Key words4D-CAD; computer visualization; dynamic management; construction site 1 绪论 建筑施工现场管理一般包括三方面内容:1)选择确定施工所需设施/设备;2)布置现 场场地的分配利用;3)合理调度现场场地变更。其目的是做到人流、物流运转有序,信息 及时、准确,出现问题能及时发现解决,使施工现场始终处于正常、有序、可控的状态,以 保证现场按预定的目标,实现优质、高效、低耗、按期、安全、文明的生产。当前,随着建 筑施工项目的规模不断扩大,施工形式日益复杂,建筑施工现场管理所涉及的内容和 面临的矛盾都发生了很大变化。施工现场除了环保、交通等方面对于施工的限制和要求 更加严格,最为突出的矛盾就是能够提供的施工场地越来越小,而所需的施工设备和材料, 类型和数量不断增加,所涉及的专业工种和人员越来越多,其调动也愈加频繁,这对于施工
