4x4 Emissions chassis dynamometer, hybrid & climatic cell

A high-tech test facility for current and future emissions standards.

The chassis dynamometer of our Testing Center CESAME is capable of measuring regulated emissions and CO2 according to future emissions standards. With its high flexibility, any type of engine is welcome: gasoline ( -7°C test ), diesel and (4WD) hybrid engines can be tested, and the chassis dyno is suitable for a wide range of vehicles.

Any type of emissions tests can be performed:> Complete CVS and gas analysis system (gasoline and diesel tunnels)> Two monorollers for testing of any type of vehicle configuration (front or rear wheel drive, 4WD, hybrid)> Fast and easy tuning of test procedures with MORPHEE 2 as automation system> Climatic test cell (20°C, 50% humidity, -7°C)

Steady state tests as well as performance tests> Overdimensioned roller performance relative to emissions requirements> Overdimensioned radiator fan in front of the cooling grill fan (size and wind speed)> Hand-held remote control of MORPHEE 2 automation system for the driver
