1. New Direct Referral Bonus

• Resellers can cash out up to 50% from any new direct referral who purchase a Package.

• A reseller refers a prospect to sign up for a USD10,000 package. He can cash out USD$5,000 from his Gtoken credit from this new sales.

• Payout Logic:

• Deduct 5,000 Gtoken credit and pay 5,000 Cash Credit to Introducer if he has Gtoken credit

• If the Introducer does not have or has insufficient Gtoken credit, the balance Gtoken credit will be deducted from his immediate uplines until all are deducted

2. Group Development Bonus (GDB)• Resellers can build up to three groups of resellers distributing Venvici’s products

• Resellers get compensated for the accumulated BV their groups generate

• GDB is 5% to 10% of every “paired” BV between groups. This will be illustrated on the following slideBV is considered “paired” when a distinct group under the same reseller produces an exact amount of BV

2. Group Development Bonus (GDB)• Resellers can only place his 3rd group of resellers after he attained a Star status under the Leadership Bonus requirement.

• The GDB will be paid out in 50% Cash Credit and 50% Gtoken

3. Car Incentive Matching

• Car Incentive Matching of 100% on income.

• Resellers with a 3 months consecutive accumulated GDB income of 100,000 will qualify to receive 50,000 USD CASH sponsorship to purchase a luxury automobile

4. Leadership Bonus (LsB)• Leadership Bonus pays out 1-5% of stair-stepped overriding over a reseller’s combined group BV. Depending on the reseller’s “Reseller Rating”

• Reseller Rating Resellers are rated 1star- 5 stars depending on

the maximum GDB income they achieved within a single calendar month

3. Leadership Bonus (LSB)

ie. A 5 stars-rated reseller with 200k accumulated group BV makes 5% x 200kBV= $10,000USD (assuming no reseller in his/her team is star rated)

• “Stair-stepped” structure: assuming a 5 stars-rated reseller has a 3 star rated reseller in his/her team, 3 star reseller gets 3% over his/her team, 5 star reseller overrides the balance 2%

• The LSB will be paid out in 50% Cash Credit and 50% Gtoken Credit
