本工程在锅炉有众多二次风分风门采用 Ff 现场总线技术 – Ff Application in Boiler Secondary Air Damper Control

− 设计初衷:由于锅炉二次风分风门众多( 74 个),原先设计为 1个 DCS 指令控制一组风门,风门没有位置反馈不利于燃烧控制与管理,且需要大量的控制电缆及接线。为了更好的控制管理这些二次风分风门及节省安装调试成本顾选用了 Ff 总线技术。根据二次风分风门比较集中的特性,每台机组分了 12 段 Ff 总线

− 74 sets Boiler Secondary Air Damper of each boiler, One DCS command Signal for each group damper, diFficult combustion control due to no feedback for damper position. Too much control cable and wiring. With Ff bus application: Less cable & installation, and better control & management, 12 segments for each boiler 。

节省了大量的卡件及机柜空间,常规至少需要 22块 AO,11 块 DI( 或 11 块 AI), 使用 Ff 技术后只需要 6 块 Ff 卡件

节省大量电缆,常规至少需要 74 个 *150 米=11100 米多芯电缆,使用 Ff 技术后只需要 12 段*200 米 = 2400 米 Ff 电缆

使用 AMS 管理后,能对 74 个门进行设备管理,大大减少因设备故障带来的安全隐患

- Significant Saving in IO module & Cabinets: traditional minimum configuration(22 x AO modules, 11x DI modules, or 11 x AI modules) vs Ff configration ( 6 x Ff modules)\

- Significant Saving in Cables: traditional minimum design( 74 x 150 m = 111,000 m, multi-core cable) vs Ff configuration ( 12 x 200 m = 2,400 m, Ff cable)

Ff 安装调试前期碰到的一些问题• 对施工单位的前期培训不足,• 部分 Ff 电缆敷设、接线不符合规范。• 变频装置及其动力电缆离取样设备较近,导致高频干

扰窜入。• 仪表架没有较好的接地。• 电气部分未考虑对变频器高频干扰输出的抑制。

变频干扰问题讨论及处理措施

1 对发现的 Ff 电缆敷设不合理的地方,部分进行了整改,尽量减少与变频动力电缆的平行敷设;

2 整改了不合理的 Ff 电缆接线,如部分 Ff 电缆接头,并对 Ff 总线的电阻值、电容值等进行了 测量记录,保证其在正常设计范围内;

3 采用屏蔽层多点接地的方式;

1. Change improper cable laying, reduce parallel laying with power cable

2. Change improper cable wiring and connector, testing cable resistance & capacitance

机组投入商业运行后 Ff 总线运行情况 Performance after the commercial operation

− 单元机组二次风门控制达到了设计目标;#1和 #2 机组均可对二次风门进行精确控制,阀门定位器可运行于手动或自动控制,且可通过 AMS 系统进行参数设置或状态检测; Main DCS of Unit #1 & #2 ; Accurate Control of Secondary air damper, Automatic & Manual mode, parameter configuration & status monitoring in AMS

− 辅网控制系统总线部分(化水精处理系统、海水淡化系统、锅炉补给水系统)运行良好; Auxiliary System(water, Seawater Desalination, Boiler makeup water) running well
