81명의 의대생들은 양치 후 다음 용액들로 30초간 구강세척을 하였다.
The plaque index (PlI), the gingival index (GI) and the discoloration index (DI) were taken at day –14 and months (M) 0, 1, 2, 3 and 6.
모든 제품의 PlI score가 감소하였다. At M3 0.1% 과 0.06% CHX 사용자가 ASF 사용자보다 훨씬 적은 치태축적을 보였다.
대조군이 0.1%CHX 사용자와 GI index가 큰 차이를 보인다.
시중에 유통되는 0.1% CHX 은 착색을 많이 유발하므로 대체물질을 사용하는 것이 좋다.
