Be more empathic to others, we are defined by ouractions and relationships with others. When you relateto others more easily you will be able to adapt tosituations more simply and your points will be moreunderstood because you can come from a placeemotionally that shows you have been there or knowhow they feel.

This one is the easiest one: Do
on to others as you would have
them do on to you. The golden
rule.
DAILY ACTIONS
STOP CONSUMING NEGATIVE (NEWS, SOCIALHATE, COMPLAINING, GOSSIP) INFORMATION
KNOW THAT EVERYTHING IN LIFE HAS HAPPENED FOR A REASON! I LOOK INSIDE WHENSOMETHING HAPPENS TO ME OR MY COMPANY TO SEE “WHAT DID I DO TO CAUSE THIS?”EITHER WE ARE SUPPOSED TO FIND THE REASON FOR THE PROBLEM SO WE CAN SOLVE IT ORTHROUGH OUR ACTIONS WE CAUSED THIS TO HAPPEN. WE NEED TO TREAT THAT AS A SLAPTO THE FACE AND LOOK AT WHAT DID I DO TO CAUSE THIS? WHEN WE STOP SEEKINGEXTERNAL JUSTIFICATION FOR SOMETHING THAT HAPPENS TO US AND LOOK AT OURSELVESFOR THE REASON! WE NEED TO STOP THE BLAME GAME AND OWN IT!
Be in a state of gratitude, when you express gratitude for what you have you will not seek
happiness in tangible goods. Be grateful for the 1000’s of things that are so right in your life.
Focus on the good within and in your life. We have such a huge list of people, emotions, love,
joy, health to be constantly grateful for. Try saying thank you for everything that is in your life
Take the good with the bad!
AN ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE
NO MORE BLAME ON OTHERS! THERE IS ALWAYS A REASONFOR WHAT HAPPENS TO US, REMEMBER THAT IT HAPPENSTO US FOR A REASON! NOT FOR OTHERS TO LEARN BUT FORUS TO LEARN FIRST THEN ONCE WE HAVE CONSUMED THEINFORMATION OR GUIDANCE THEN WE HAVE THEOBLIGATION TO HELP TEACH OTHERS. MY BIGGEST REGRETIS NOT SEEKING THE GUIDANCE OF OTHERS TO BECOMEBETTER, MY GOAL NOW IS TO ADD VALUE TO OTHERS. ICANNOT ADD VALUE TO OTHERS WITHOUT OWNING MYOWN SHORTFALLS.
When you come from a place of Genuine
LOVE for others before yourself you will
always be overflowing with love
ALWAYS BEL IEVE IN THE GOOD INOTHERS, WE NEED TO COME IN FROMA PLACE OF GRAT ITUDE TH IS MAKESEVERYTHING EASY
92%We are all programmed to desire admiration, love, compassion from others.
We are social creatures, others will see through a fake shell so come with
love in your heart for yourself and for others. You will come off so
authenticate and real that people will gravitate towards you
FEAR
Fear is something we are trying to not ignore but move past.
When we do all of these steps we will naturally gravitate towards
love anyways. We must recognize when we feel that we are
coming from a place of fear and work through it not ignore it.
Fear is also what causes our limiting beliefs that we are not good
enough, why me, why did this happen to me, it is because of this
or that, when we come from a place of fear that is when we try to
blame others or situations. We must own it and turn it into a
positive
I think that I have alluded to what I
believe greatness is but my definition
of greatness is Bringing a since of
effort that conveys love in all that you
do.

SEEKING GREATNESS
Through our daily actions, that is how
we achieve greatness. What we do
when no one is looking will speak
volumes to your integrity but it will
also tell you if you will truly achieve
your own greatness.

Greatness is something that is
different for every individual, so do
not beat yourself up when you do not
meet someone else’s definition of
greatness. That is why I think you
need to have two ingredients Effort +
Love = Greatness.

WHEN WE SEEK GREATNESS IN PLACE OFPERFECTION WE CAN ACHIEVE IT EVERYDAY. PERFECTION IS A SEARCH THAT CANBE ENDLESS WHERE GREATNESS ISSOMETHING THAT WE CAN LIVE WITHIN. YOU BEGIN TO SEE THE GREATNESS IN ALLINDIVIDUALS AND YOU BEGIN TO RESPECTTHEIR STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES YOUGET TO LOVE THEM FOR BOTH.
SYSTEMS = FREEDOM
Time multipliers or what I refer to as SCALING
YOURSELF is crucial to growth and expansion. This is a
huge focus for the high level people that want to be
consistent in their message but cannot be the ones to be
there all day every day.
WHEN WE IMPLEMENT SYSTEMS INTO OUR LEADERSHIP AND BUSINESS IT
ALLOWS US FREEDOM. THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT LOOK AT SYSTEMS AS A
HASSLE OR SOMETHING THAT HINDERS PERFORMANCE. ONCE YOU SEE
THESE SYSTEMS AS TIME MULTIPLIERS THAT IS WHEN YOU WILL BEGIN YOUR
TRANSFORMATIONS.
SCALEYOURSELF!
Look at what you have in your business or team that you are the
absolute best at and say how do I teach every one this?
Sometimes is a class or course to teach multiple people at once or
hundreds. What you excel at and better at that is what you need to
spread to everyone, you can refer to this as your Unique Value
Proposition. This is what you can package and give to others that
can transform them. High level coaches will do this for their
products with their skills, knowledge, realworld experiences.
THIS CAN ALSO BE SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS A CHECKLIST FOR AN
EVERYDAY ACTIVITY SO THEY CAN TEACH AND TRAIN A LITTLE MORE
EFFECTIVELY. I LIKE CHECKLISTS BECAUSE DEPENDING ON THE INDUSTRY
IT WILL ALLOW YOUR LEADERS OR TRAINERS TO MULTIPLY THEIR TIME
BECAUSE INSTEAD ON BEING HELD DOWN BY A CONSTANT BARRAGE OF
QUESTIONS IT ALLOWS TRAINEES A CERTAIN FREEDOM TO FIND THE INFO ON
THEIR OWN PRIOR TO GETTING A LEADER INVOLVED FOR A SIMPLE
QUESTION.
The quality of our teams that we build show the world that we are great leaders. People
will not follow bad leaders, I am reminded of a saying that people do not quit jobs they quit
leaders. This is so incredibly true I challenge you reflect on your life and see if this rings
true for yourself.

Once we realize that we are only as great as our teams are. Once we lift others up can we truly reach
our own highest level of greatness. I have shifted my focus to add value to others and since I have
done this I have really found a new since of purpose and joy. I have never been so moved as to when
my teams have been so excited about an opportunity. When they value my advice and use that advice
to achieve a goal that is what truly fills my heart. I challenge you to try this add value to other
unconditionally with not expectations in return you will be pleasantly surprised with what it does to you.

People are what makes us Great! Great Leaders will look at People as PEOPLE
not tools to lift them up. Servant leaders will place all blame on their backs
solely, while sending all credit to their TEAM.3
