Subject: NSS 70th Round‐ Suggestions for inclusion / deletion of items.
NSSO will carry out the field work of NSS 70th Round from January to December 2013. The subject coverage of this survey is ‘Land & livestock holdings, Debt & Investment and Situation Assessment Survey of Farmers’. These subjects were also covered in NSS 59th Round (January‐December 2003). The schedules (Sch.) canvassed in the survey are appended herewith. It is requested that suggestions for inclusion of items to be covered in the proposed 2013 survey i.e. addition to / deletion from the items included in the 59th Round Survey (2013) are sent to Additional Director General (ADG), Survey, Design & Research Division (SDRD), NSSO, Kolkata e‐mail: [email protected] so that they can be taken up deliberation by the WG in its meetings.
