The three parties directly involved are: the seller (our customer), account debtor and the factor.

The seller (our customer ) is owed money by the second party, the account debtor. The seller then sells one or more of its invoices at a discount to the third party, the specialized financial organization (aka the factor) to obtain cash. The account debtor then directly pays the factor the full value of the invoice.

Based in Dallas, TX They average raising people’s credit scores 120 to 200 points in most cases It usually takes 90 to 180 days to see the best results. Sometimes you will see great

results in 45 days. They dispute accounts in a way that keeps them from coming back on the credit

report. Only 1 in about every 10,000 accounts will come back on the report after we have deleted it, and all of

those accounts to date have been re-removed. The Fair Credit Reporting Act says that if the item is removed the

second time, it can NEVER be put back on the report. dispute all three credit bureaus: Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax/CSC. remove out of date, obsolete and unverifiable information. We do not

eliminate the debt. Most have been eliminated before we receive them
