Rules and Regula�on 比賽規則及比賽章程 1. 由於場地限制，每位參賽者只可由最多一位成人陪同(家長或監護人)。比賽分時段進行，參賽者及其家長只能於所屬時段進場，並須於該時段完結時離場。 2 由於比賽者人數所限，比賽申請會以先到先得形式處理。未能成功報名本會不會收取任何費用。 3. 截止日期 2019 年 10 月 15 日，以郵戳日期為準。 請確保信件郵資充足，如有郵資不足情況，本會將收取每郵件$50 手續及行政費。 4. 比賽時間會在比賽日期之前五個工作天本會網頁 www.iyacc.org 公佈。請提早 15 分鐘到比賽場地報到，遲到及缺席一律不設補賽。 5. 比賽結束後進行頒獎，冠、亞、季軍可獲獎杯乙個；金、銀、銅獎可獲水晶奬牌乙個。優異獎可獲奬牌乙個。每位參賽者均可獲得嘉許證書。各組別冠、亞、季軍得獎者的指導老

師可獲發「最佳指導老師獎」證書。推薦 5 名或以上學生可獲「教育推動獎」奬杯；推薦 10 名或以上學生可獲「教育推動獎」水晶獎座。 所有獎項一經領取，如有損壞或遺失，將不獲補發。得奬者可另外申請奬杯作為學校存放用途。 6. 如出現同分，每一組獎項便會多於一個。例如: 參賽者 A 和參賽者 B 一起獲得 100 分的話，參賽者 A 和 B 會一同獲得冠軍。 7. 樂器會個別進行比賽，例如: [長笛 英國皇家音樂學院考試曲目組 1 級] 為一組; [雙簧管 英國皇家音樂學院考試曲目組 1 級] 為一組。 8. 本機構只提供鋼琴。其他樂器及工具需自備到場。如有損壞或損失，主辦機構概不負責。 9. 在比賽場地內，不得帶食物，不准吵鬧､喧嘩､奔跑､造成滋擾影響比賽進行及不遵守工作人員指示。一經發現，本機構立即取消與其相關的參賽資格。 10. 比賽結果以本機構評判之決定為最終依歸，任何人不得異議否則將被取消資格。主辦機構擁有本比賽所有安排的最終決定權。 11. 所有參加人士均需小心看管個人財物，注意自身及在場其他人士之安全，如有任何遺失或意外事件，主辦機構概不負責。 12. 本機構有權更改比賽章程、規則及賽事安排包括更改日期、地點，而無須事先通知，如有任何爭議，本機構擁有最終決定權。 13. 所有被主辦機構收取的個人資料將予保密。本機構保留權利可將比賽或得獎者資料、相片或作品用於與本比賽有關的推廣活動，包括但不限於刊物、新聞發佈及網站上。 14. 請詳閱比賽規則及比賽章程；一經報名，參賽者或家長即表示同意並遵守比賽章程及大會之安排。任何情況下，報名費繳交後將不獲退還。
