This investigation takes place in the microseconds of a material. Time-of-flight film documentation, transformation, manipulation, and fabrication are realized through the precision and accuracy of an advanced tool; the Six Axis Robot. Imagine a window into material agency at a scale otherwise imperceptible. In this turbulent space, new inspiration awaits. A new sensibility and design technique offers a dialogue of how to organize design logics. Fluid materials undergo time of flight manipulation using additive and combinatory processes as well as scripted path proprioception. Combinations and patterns of these manipulations reveal new methods of fabrication instantiated through instantaneous hardening agents. These new methods reopen the formal discussion of the built environment.
