【 I n t r o d u c t i o n o f C a t h a y C i t y 國泰城簡紹】 Cathay City, right next to the Hong Kong International Airport, provides CX team with its global corporate headquarters. Opened in 1998, it provides a unique environment where you can work, rest and play. The concept behind Cathay Pacific City was to build a new “city” to serve over 3,000 staff in Hong Kong with all the necessary facilities under the same roof. Built on four hectares of reclaimed land at the southeast corner of Hong Kong International Airport, Cathay Pacific City spans a total of 1.3 million square feet and cost HK$4.9 billion to realize, making it one of the largest corporate headquarters in Asia.

國泰城是國泰航空公司的總部，位於大嶼山赤立角之東南部，

面積約四公頃。國泰城於1999落成，建築費為二十三億港元，

其中包括：三幢樓高十層的辦公室大樓及一幢副樓，為國泰航

空公司的四千多員工提供辦公地方；一幢二十三層的酒店，提

供五百零一間房間予職員使用：一幢三層的員工康樂大樓；一

幢八層高的飛行訓練中心，足以安裝十四台模擬飛行器，供飛

行人員訓練之用；一幢七層高的貨倉及物資供應及貯存大樓及
