2. สามารถอธบายความแตกตางในการเจรญของเอมบรโอสตวชนดตางๆ

วตถประสงค

การเจรญของเอมบรโอพช

หลงจาก  fertilization

Antipodal, synergid สลาย

Zygote แบง  mitosis หลายครง  ได  proembryo ซงแยกเปน  2 กลม  คอtrue embryo และ  suspensor ซงทาหนาทรบสงอาหารจาก  endosprem และตอไปภายหลงจะสลายไป

Endosperm จะแบงแบบ  mitosis ไดกลมเซลลสะสมอาหาร

• แบงได  2  ประเภท          1. Epigeal germination        ใบเลยงอยเหนอดน  เชน  ถว

     2. Hypogeal germination        ใบเลยงอยใตดน  เชน  ขาวโพด

Zygote Cleavage Morula Blastula Gastrula

แตละเซลลทไดจากการแบงในระยะ  cleavage เรยกวา  blastomere

Clevage แบงตามปรมาณไขแดง  จะแบงเปน  2  แบบ1. Holoblastic cleavage เปนการแบงไขทงใบ  เกด

ในทมไขแดงนอย  หรอปานกลาง

2.Meroblastic cleavage จะแบงเฉพาะบรเวณ  germinal disc เทานน

Embryonic development: Cleavage

ระยะ  morula (32 cells) เซลลเหมอนนอยหนา  ซงจะแบงตออก  2-3 ครง  เพอเขาสระยะ  blastula โดย  blastomere  เคลอนไปดานขางของเซลล  เรยกทตดขอบเซลลวา  blastoderm และเรยกชองวางวา  blastocoel

ตอจากระยะ  blastula เซลลเขาสระยะ  gastrula เซลลยงคงแบงเซลลและมการเคลอนทของเซลลเขาสภายใน  embryo

บรเวณ  blastoderm เขาไปภายใน  blastocoel เรยก  blastopore เมอเซลลเขาไปมากขนจะเกดชองวางระหวางกลมเซลลเรยก  gastrocoel หรอ  archenteron

archenteron จะเจรญเปน  ทอทางเดนอาหารblastopore เจรญเปน  ปาก  (protostomia) ทวาร  

(deuterostomia)

ในระยะ  gastrula  มการเกดชนเนอเยอ

บรเวณ  blastopore ออกมา  เปน    ectodermBlastopore ถง  ชนลอมรอบ  archenteron เปน  endoderm

กลมสตวเนอเยอสามชน  mesoderm อยระหวาง  endoderm กบ  mesoderm

การเกดทอประสาท1. Neural ectoderm จะหนาขนเปนแผนเรยก  neural plate

2. Neural plate ยกตวสงขน  เกดเปนแอง  เรยก  neural groove

3. สนสองขางยกตวสงมาก  เกดเปนทอ  เรยก  neural tube ลอมรอบทวางตรงกลางเรยก  neural canal หรอ  neurocoel

Chordamesoderm หรอเยอชนกลางระหวาง  neural ectoderm และดานหลง  archenteron จะเจรญเปน  notochord ทาหนาทเปนแกนพยง  embryo

2. จากนน  แกะเปลอก  เมลดเพอศกษาสวนตางๆ  ขงเอมบรโอดวยตาเปลาและกลองสเตอรโอ

3. ใหรจกสวนตางๆของกลาถวเขยวและขาวโพด
