3. इस ई-भेर की एक प्रनि ऩय याजऩत्रत्रि अर्धकायी द्वाया साक्षमाॊककि नवीनिभ पोटो सदहि ननम्नलरखित भूर दस्तावेज़ों को सत्माऩन हेतु प्रस्तुत कयना अऩेक्षऺत है , ऐसा न कयने ऩय अभ्मथी को व्मक्ततगत साऺात्काय भें बाग रेने की अनुभनत नहीॊ दी जाएगी । अभ्मर्थी को सराह दी जािी है कक वे उक्लरखखि ऩद के साऺात्काय भें शालभर होने हेिु अनुभनि के लरए ववऻाऩन भें ननधाारयि आमु , मोग्मिा, जानि आदद सॊफॊधी अहािा की जाॉच कय रें । A copy of this e-mail affixing latest photograph attested by Gazetted Officer along with the following documents in original are required to be submitted for verification failing which the candidates will not be allowed to attend the personal interview. Candidates are advised to check meeting age, qualification, caste, etc.. as prescribed in the advertisement for permitting them to attend interview to the above mentioned post.

(ii) शैक्षऺक मोग्मिा से सॊफॊर्धि सबी भूर प्रभाण ऩत्र (वषावाय/सेभेस्टय-वाय) क्जसभें अॊक-ऩत्र बी शालभर हों व एक साक्षमाॊककि प्रनिमों के सेट सदहि । All original certificates pertaining to Educational Qualifications including marks sheets (year-wise/semester-wise) with one set of attested copies.

(iii) जन्भ निर्र्थ , जानि (अ.जा/अ.ज.जा./अ.वऩ.व.), ऩी.डललमू,डी. आदद का भूर प्रभाणऩत्र । अन्म वऩछड़ ेवगा के अभ्मर्थी को नवीनिभ वैध भूर जानि प्रभाणऩत्र (एक वषष से अधधक ऩुयाना नहीॊ ) राना होगा जो कालभाक एवॊ प्रलशऺण ववबाग , बायि सयकाय द्वाया ननधाारयि नए प्रऩत्र भें सऺभ प्रार्धकायी द्वाया जायी ककमा गमा हो । जानि प्रभाणऩत्र प्रोपाभाा सॊरग्न है ।Original certificates pertaining to Date of Birth, Caste(SC/ST/OBC), PWD. etc.. The candidates belonging to OBC should bring the latest valid original caste certificate (not older than one year) issued by the competent authority invariably as per the new proforma prescribed by the Dept. of Personnel & Training, Govt. of India. The format of the Caste Certificate is enclosed.

2. साऺात्काय भें बाग रेनेवारे फाहयी अभ्मर्र्थामों के लरए मात्रा बते्तका बुगिान ननमभानुसाय (250 कक.भी. से अर्धक के लरए, ककसी बी ियप, प्रनिफॊर्धि) उनके ननवास स्र्थान मा जहाॉ से उन्होंने वास्िव भें मात्रा प्रायॊब की, सफसे ननकटिभ भागा से आने-जाने के लरएद्वविीम शे्रणी का येर अर्थवा फस ककयामा का बुगिान ककमा जाएगा । बुगिान ऑनराइन स्र्थानाॊियण के भाध्मभ से सॊफॊर्धि फैंक खािे भें ककमा जाएगा क्जसके लरए फैंक शािा का नाभ, िाता नम्फय तथा आईएपएससी कोड का वववयण प्रस्िुि कयना होगा । इसके लरए अभ्मर्थी को साभान्म आवास जहाॉ यहते हैं वहाॉ केसाॊसद मा ववधामक मा याजऩत्रित अधधकायी से 'फेयोजगायी प्रभाण-ऩि'प्रस्िुि कयना होगा औय इसके अरावा मात्रा दटकट प्रस्िुि कयना होगा। मात्रा बत्ता का दावा कयने के लरए पाभा ऩखनन के वेफसाइट www.amd.gov.in से डाउनरोड ककमा जा सकिा है ।

Travelling Allowance to the out station candidates attending interview will be paid as per rules

(restricted to beyond 250 kms either way) by reimbursing second class railway fare or bus fare by

the shortest route from their normal place of residence or from where they actually performed the

journey, whichever is nearer to the place of interview and back. Payment will be made through

online transfer to the respective bank accounts for which proof of bank name, account number

and IFSC code are to be submitted. For this purpose, a ‘certificate of unemployment’ from an MP

or MLA or Gazetted Officer of the place where the candidates normally reside is to be submitted

along with journey tickets in original. Form for claiming the Travelling Allowance is enclosed

3. महफुरावा ऩत्र इस ननदेशारम के ऩखननऩरयसय, हैदयाफाद भें प्रवेश-ऩत्र के रूऩ भें काभ कयेगा । िर्थावऩ, साऺात्काय भें उऩक्स्र्थि होने के लरए आऩको वैध पोटो ऩहचान ऩत्र अर्थााि आधाय काडा/ भिदािा ऩहचान ऩत्र/ऩासऩोटा / ऩान काडा/ ड्राइववॊग राइसेंस आदद प्रभाण सार्थ भें यखें । ककसी बी इरेतराननक उऩकयण जैसे भोफाइर पोन, रैऩटॉऩ, ऩेन ड्राइव, डटेा काडा आदद के लरए साऺात्काय स्र्थार ऩय राने की अनुभनि नहीॊ हैं ।

This Call letter will serve as an entry permit to enter the premises of this Directorate at AMD

Complex, Hyderabad. Candidates are also required to invariably carry with them valid photo

identity card viz. Aaadhar card/voter identity card/passport/PAN Card/Driving licence etc. while

attending the personal interview. Any electronic devises such as mobile phone, laptop, pen drive,

data card etc are not permissible to the venue of Interview.

4. मदद अभ्मर्थी केन्िीम/याज्म सयकाय के सॊगठनों /सावाजननक ऺेत्र के उऩक्रभों भें कामायि हैं िो अऩने ननमोतिा से अनाऩवत्त प्रभाण-ऩत्र प्रस्िुि कयना होगा, ऐसा न कयने ऩय उन्हेंसाऺात्काय भें बाग रेने की अनुभनि नहीॊ दी जाएगी । In case of candidates employed in a Central Government Organisations/State Government

Organisations /Public Sector Undertakings, ‘No Objection Certificate’ from your employer must be

produced at the time of interview failing which they will not be allowed to attend the interview.

5. ऩूवा-सैननक के भाभरे भें, ननमोतिा से भूर ननगाभ प्राभण-ऩत्र एवॊ उसकी एक साक्षमाॊककि प्रनि साऺात्काय के सभम प्रस्िुि कयना चादहए । In case of ex-servicemen, original discharge certificate from the employer and a copy of the same

must be produced at the time of Interview.

6. मदद आवश्मक हो िो , अभ्मर्र्थामों को साऺात्काय भें बाग रेने के लरए एक औय ददन यहना ऩड़ सकिा है । इसके लरए उन्हें सराह दी जािी है कक वे अऩनी मात्रा/ यहने की व्मवस्र्था स्वमॊ कयें । If required, candidates may have to stay one more day for attending the interview. For this

purpose, they are advised to make their own travel/stay arrangements.

7. ककसी बी ऩरयक्स्र्थनि भें वैमक्तिक साऺात्काय की िा यीख/स्र्थान भें ऩरयविान के अनुयोध को स्वीकाय नहीॊ ककमा जाएगा । ननधाारयि िायीखों ऩय साऺात्काय भें शालभर होने भें ववपर यहने वारे अभ्मर्र्थामों ककसी दसूये ददन साऺात्काय भें बाग रेने के लरए अनुभनि नहीॊ दी जाएगी । No request for change of the date /Venue of Personal Interview will be entertained under any

circumstances. Candidates who fail to attend the interview on the prescribed dates will not be permitted for interview on any other day.

8. केवर व्मक्तिगि साऺात्काय भें बाग रेने से अभ्मर्थी योजगाय के लरए दावा कयने का अर्धकायी नहीॊ होगा । Mere attending the personal interview does not entitle the candidate a right to claim for

employment.

9. ऩद के लरए चुने गए अभ्मर्र्थामों की अॊनिभ सूची केवर ऩखनन वेफसाइट ऩय दी जाएगी । इस सॊफॊध भें कोई ऩत्राचाय स्वीकाय नहीॊ ककमा जाएगा ।Final list of candidates selected for the post would be placed on AMD website only. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
