RESPONSIBILITIES
Immense knowledge of raw material, production process, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the production rate with good quality.
Oversaw all plant operation & corrected production issues which is observe during production.
Monitor manufacturing to ensure it stayed on schedule and remained with the budget.
Daily follow-up with the site team to assure that the job will be completed within the specified duration.
Calculate all material requirements for assign project and raised the material request for the same.
Assign the work to the shop floor supervisors and arrange the facilities to complete the job on time and Co-ordinate with them to resolves the issues during fabrication & installation.
Co-ordination with Third Party Inspectors, subcontractors & Clients.
Visit suppliers to inspect the job which is ordered. Controlling all quality control activities on day-to-day basis and directly involving
in all inspection activities and ensuring various projects to meet quality requirements.
Performing Inspection & Testing for all structural, piping, & Aluminum cladding products as per the test plan.
Doing Welding, painting & NDT inspection of primary, secondary Structural steel, Pressure Vessels & Tanks.
Coordinate WPS/PQR Qualification & welder qualification Test with client representative and prepare WPS, PQR and WPQR.
Ensure that all inspections and tests are recorded on the appropriate form or checklist, as indicated on the relevant ITP, and that all documentation is filed in a safe and secure manner.
If required, develop the shop drawing from assembly drawing and hand over to shop supervisors.
Also involved with various department like production, planning, and estimating.
As a management representative doing internal audit as per ISO 9001 & coordinate with External auditors.

Review of Inspection and Test plan (ITP) as per QC-Procedure & Specifications.
Review of material test certificates, as per Codes, Standards and Client specification.
Review and maintaining of Calibration certificates of Instruments, Personnel Certifications, Batch test Certificates for Consumables etc.
Lead the junior inspectors to understand the drawings, processes, inspection stages and documentation system
Check the dimension of the vessels, tanks, piping spools & structural steel.
Monitoring whether the processes and systems are going on as per Customer quality plan, Work instruction, Quality procedure and Process control.
Carryout different type of tests based on code standards and customer requirement.
Investigates all processes in manufacturing like Non Destructive testing , HYDRO TEST , PNUMATICN TEST, VACUMETEST , PWHT and also physical and chemical test of job and inspection, which create non-conformances in the quality of the end product and makes recommendations for elimination of the cause.
Attend Blasting and Painting inspection in compliance with Contract specification.
Evaluate Quality Audit and submit reports to Head Q.C.
