I have a interview with Salvador Vaca, who has worked for Bird Pick Cafe for three months How would you describe Bird Pick?-We teach the public the Chi-nese tea Culture. As you see, We have a tea tasting table station. When the cus-tomers choose the tea sample, we brew the teas with right order. We carry many different kind of tea, and each one has different requires different brew style. Which one is your favorite tea?One of my favorite teas is Lemonglass. It calm you your body down. The fragrances is really good. Since our tea store is in the shop-ping mall, many different customers come.
One thing I like about work in here, is the ato-mosphere. Very relaxing:

Greentea: Low Fermemted tea. It shoud be brewed on low tem-perature, 165- 170 . There are two different Green Tea. Chinese and Japansed. The Chinese green tea has great after tastes as a orchid. Japanese green tea has sweet after taste.
Oolong tea is more fermented than green tea. Oolong means Black Dragon. When You brew the Oolong tea, you should prebrew for 20 second to stretch the curled up tea leaves.
Jasmine tea: Most of the Jasmine tea are made with green tea or white tea. The flavor of jasmine tea is subtly sweet. Bird Pick carry Blooming Jasmin tea. It acually bloom in the hot water. We recommend to use the glass pitcher to enjoy this tea.
