N & A Property Developers (NAPD)

N and A Property Developers, a successful new venture from N & A Group was launched on the rst of April 2013 based on the requests

of existing clients to provides design and build services. The company provides professional services to clients who have requirements to

design and construct properties such as homes, ofce buildings, apartment complexes, hospitals, universities, hotels etc.

N and A Engineering Services Private Limited, the rst entity of N and A Group was established in 1993 with a strong motive to provide

engineering services to construction industry. The chairman, Mr. Nimal Premasiri, a civil engineer who had a drive to accomplish his objectives,

directed the company to grow with ve more subsidiaries namely N & A Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd, N& A Ready Mix Concrete (Pvt.) Ltd,

N & A Hardware Stores (Pvt) Ltd, Deshan Arcade (Pvt) Ltd and N & A Property Developers (Pvt) Ltd.

Over the last 23 years, the group achieved the status of ICTAD Grade C1 status which is a historical milestone reecting the standards and

capacities to engage in large scale construction projects such as SLIIT Malabe, Maharaja Organization etc.. Company also received the ISO

Standards another milestone of the Group.

The company successfully completed well over 250 construction projects in all parts of the island with a range of ofce buildings,

apartments, playgrounds, roads, swimming pools, hotels, individual houses.
