▶Medical Care System for Older Senior Citizens (Kōki Kōreisha Iryo Seido)

・New card will be issued (Hokensho) Your current certificate (Orange) will expire on July 31(Fri). Those who are 75 years old or over (Kōki Kōreisha) will receive a new purple-colored health insurance card by mail. and the new certificate will be valid from August 1(Sat). You will recieve a new certificate by the middle of July.

▶National Health Insurance (Kokumin Kenkō Hoken)

You will receive the tax notice about the tax notice (kokumin kenko hoken zei) in the middle of July.

・New Insurance card will be issued (Hokensho) Your current Insurance card (Yellow green) will expire on July 31(Fri) A householder will receive a new insurance card (Ivory) in the end of July by mail. *We will abolish the Elderly beneficiary certificate on July 31 (Fri), 2020. Insurance card and Elderly beneficiary certificate will be integrated and you will receive it in the end of July. The new Insurance card will be valid from August 1(Sat)

・Renewal of the certificate of the designated for the payment reduction plan (Gendo-gaku tekiyo / hyōjun futan-gaku gengaku nintē-sho)
