中国・台湾・日本における宿泊施設分類・評価システムに関する研究

概要

近年、日本を訪れる中国人観光客が増えてきた。中国では、国内で星級ホテ

ル評価基準が整備されており、１星から５星が与えられている。日本の宿泊施

設についても中国のホテル評価基準に照らし合わせて、どのレベルのホテルに

相当するかがわかれば、中国人観光客に有用な情報となると考えられる。

本研究では、中国人観光客に対して、日本の宿泊施設の情報提供する。中国

基準による日本の宿泊施設の評価する効率的に実行する方法を提案することを

目的とする。

A Study on Hotel Classification and Evaluation System in China,

Abstract Recently, the number of Chinese tourists visiting Japan has been increased. In China, star hotel classification criteria are used for hotels, differentiating levels from 1 to 5 stars. Collating the Chinese hotel classification criteria concerning Japanese accommodations, and classifying these accommodations according to Chinese criteria, can provide with useful information for Chinese tourists visiting Japan in a way that it shows to which Chinese level the given accommodation is suitable. This research offers information for Chinese tourists about Japanese accommodations. The purpose of this study is to propose an effective method to classify Japanese accommodations based on Chinese classification standards.
