Many researchers have dealt genome database to execute genome analysis. However, it is troublesome that convert genome into electronic data and synthesis DNA to execute chemical experiments with the analysis results. If genome database is constructed by genome DNA and information tag (synthesis DNA), they can be directly manipulated by chemical reactions. In a DNA database we can abstract similar data in parallel to utilize property in which a single stranded DNA (ssDNA) is associated not only with complementary ssDNA but some ssDNA that are similar to complementary ssDNA. In addition, storing and processing individual genetic information in electronic data has many problems from the viewpoint of the protection of individual information. It is preferable that the data model of database on DNA database is relational model because genome analyses require set operation such as abstraction data with attribute information. In this paper, I propose data model of DNA relational database and execute relational algebra with chemical experiments. I also construct a conversion scheme of SQL to experimental operations. Finally, by computer analyses and chemical experiments with these experimental sequences, we successful data reference from DNA relational database. 研究業績: 1.
