Major achievements: Covered 77,145 household under disaster resilience through plinth rising above flood line. Created employment opportunities of 67,445 vulnerable female and male through CFW. Restructured CLP WASH interventions and achieved improved WASH outcomes. Transferred monthly stipend of 27,870 participants through mobile jointly with bkash Established and capacity building to 250 community group for sustainability of WASH.

Developed various documents including implementation guidelines, modules, technical handbook etc.

Responded to 2007, 2012 and 2015 floods very quickly within the shortest possible time which was appreciated by DFID.

Designation: District Infrastructure Manager (A mid-level management position at CLP) April 2005 to Jun 2012

Major responsibilities: Lead, plan, design, manage, budget and report building resilience, CFW, WASH project. Achieve project activities, deliverables and expected results within the annual work plan, budget

and agreed timeframe, and to the highest standards. Manage and guide 06 partner NGOs, 9 CLP field staffs and 50 staffs under NGO indirectly. Lead the team for vulnerability assessment to select project participants. Training to fellow staff and staff under NGO directly implementing activities. Review the project approach, strategy and output and revise for further improvements. Communication and liaison with NGO, Local Government, Upazila and district administration for

smooth implementation of project activities. Monitor progress of implementation of regular activities under Unit activities and identify potential

Positions with CARE – Bangladesh, 1st September 1999 to 30th September 2004Assistant Project Manager (A senior management position at CARE)

Major responsibilities: Lead, plan, design, manage, budget and report BUILD intervention and institutional capacity

building through ensuring much awareness in different level of project participants and involving community people

huge number of bridge & culverts. Worked as a team member of core trainer group. Attended relief work in 1991, 1998. 2000.

Lead and manage a group of Engineers working in the field in a specific District for ( Food For Works (FFW)

Prepared monthly schedule and undertaken the technical survey with a cost effective manner through environmental screening.

Design of interventions and estimate with LGED rate schedule and forward to senior management for approval.

Participated in the LGED district level tender committee and select contractor with set criteria by the GoB.
