What Do I Do WhenA student transfers to your high school and you get a Duplicate Student ID error message when importing the preregistration file to create test vouchersYou are creating vouchers and you receive the error message Birthdate is input incorrectly

Follow these stepsLog on to Accuplacer as Site Manager or Proctor/ReporterClick on UsersClick on Manage ProfilesClick on Student ProfilesType in Last Name of Student and perform searchClick on Edit Icon (next to student name) to edit information that does not align Spelling of NameBirth dateStudent IDPut a check mark next to each record (only 2 at a time)Click Merge Students

Log on to Accuplacer as Site Manager or Proctor/Reporter

Click on Users

Click on: Mange Profiles Click on: Student Profiles

Enter Student Last Name and Click Search

You need to verify the following:Spelling of Name must agreeBirth dates must agreeStudent IDs must agreeNOTE in example the birth dates do not agree. (Edit to correct this error)

If you have duplicate records/info you need toEdit and Merge Files

Merging FilescontinuedSelect which ID you need to applyClick Submit

Merge FilescontinuedClick Yes
