     ADMA-OPCO oil and gas production comes from two major oilfields, Umm Shaif and Zakum, from which crude oil istransferred to Das Island for processing, storage and export. In1962, the first crude shipment, which came from Umm Shaif,

     was exported from Abu Dhabi through Das Island.

     ADMA-OPCO  Vision, Mission and Values incorporate a widerange of goals, including sustainable development, operational

    Over the years, ADMA-OPCO has gone through an aggressiveprocess of change which has already borne fruit. Under thisprocess, the company has managed to maintain its commitmentto achieving a long-term projects program covering facilitiesexpansion, new installations, additional drilling, productiondevelopment, inspection and integrity management and mostimportantly the fast paced development of new fields includingSatah Al Razboot (SARB), NASR and Umm Lulu fields.

    Since changing into a performance driven organization basedon competency, learning, empowerment, team work,collaboration and effective utilization of the know-how, ADMA-OPCO has made significant strides in meeting future challengesand maintaining its enviable track record of achievement.

     ADNOC holds a majority share of 60% in ADMA-OPCO, while

    BP, Total and JODCO share the remaining 40%.

    HISTORICAL NOTES1953 - The Concession was awarded to D'Arcy

    Exploration, a British company.

    1954 - ADMA Ltd. was formed to operate the Concession.

    1955 - Construction of industrial and accommodation

    facilities started on Das Island.

    1958 - The first well was drilled at Umm Shaif Field.

    1962 - The first shipment of crude oil exported from Umm

    Shaif.

    1963 - Oil was discovered in Zakum Field.

    1967 - Zakum Central Super Complex was commissioned

    and first crude oil shipment from Zakum was

    exported.

    1973 - The Government of Abu Dhabi acquired 25% interest

    in the Concession.

    1974 - The Government share rose to 60%.

    1976 - Umm Shaif Super Complex was commissioned.

    1977 - ADMA-OPCO was established as a local company.

    1978 - Zakum West Super Complex was commissioned.

    1986 - ADNOC and the other Shareholders decided to group

    all drilling and well service activities, as well as

    logistical support in all the offshore areas of

     Abu Dhabi, under ADMA-OPCO.

    1994 - Commissioning of Umm Shaif Gas Development

    project.

    1998 - Umm Shaif's oldest wellhead towers 1, 2 & 3

     were replaced by new monopod towers.

    2000 - Launching of three major projects to upgrade gas

    injection facilities at Umm Shaif and Zakum Fields.

    - The start of the largest 3-dimentional (3D)

    ocean bottom seismic survey in Zakum Field.

    2001 - Operations and business were reorganised based

    on asset units.

    2002 - Completion of Zakum's 3D seismic survey.- ADMA-OPCO changed its logo. New logo reflects the

    company's commitment to producing oil and gas while maintaining HSE standards.

    2003 - New work culture, resulting from the 2001 Company 

    re-organisation, made ADMA-OPCO a performance-driven company.

    2004 - ADMA-OPCO won two awards in ADNOC's HSECompetition for Innovation and performance.

    2005 - The company won four awards in ADNOC's HSECompetition.

    2006 - ADMA-OPCO won two awards in ADNOC's HSECompetition.

    - Pan-company Innovation Award launched.2007 - Temporary Shutdown of production facilities for

    maintenance.- Celebrating the 45th anniversary of exporting the first

    oil shipment.

    - ADMA-OPCO won the runner-up position in theEmirates Energy Award.- The company won three awards in ADNOC HSE

    Competition.2008 - ADMA-OPCO was granted Recognition Award for its

    role in voluntary work by H.H. Ruler of Sharjah.2009 - ADMA-OPCO won the Runner-up position in the

    Emirates Energy Award.- The Company bagged five awards in ADNOC HSE

    Competition.- Completion of one year (39 Million Man-hours)

     without a Lost Time Injury (LTI).

    - Pan-company HSE Award launched.2010 - ADMA-OPCO won the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence

     Award (Gold Category).- The company won five awards in ADNOC's HSE

    Competition.- ADMA-OPCO was awarded the CSR Initiative of the

     Year Award in the ADIPEC 2010 Excellence in Energy  Awards.

    - ADMA-OPCO won the 'Global Award for 'Perfection,Quality and Ideal Performance'.

    - Commissioning of Umm Shaif Gas Injection Facilities.

    - A new gas processing platform was commissioned atZWSC.- The start of Full Field Development on three major

    fields - Satah Al Razboot (SARB), Nasr and

    Umm Lulu.
