1、前言Preface

水能是一种取之不尽、用之不竭、可再生的清洁能源。水力发电发电效率高,发电成本低,机组启动快,调节容易。Hydro-energy is a sort of abundant, inexhaustible, renewable clean e-

nergy. Hydropower has advantages in high efficiency, low cost, start

-up fast, easy adjustment.

水力发电往往是综合利用水资源的一个重要组成部分,与航运、养殖、灌溉、防洪和旅游组成水资源综合利用体系。Hydropower is often an important part of comprehensive utilization

of water resources with navigation, cultivation, irrigation, flood pre

根据国际能源署的预测,未来的20年,可再生能源的发展将达到一个高峰期,水电与风电占全球发电设备投资额的21%。而水电将占全球总发电量16%以上,占全球可再生能源发电量的80%。According to the international energy agency forecast, in next 20 year

s, t-he development of renewable energy will reach a peak, hydropow

er and wind power will account for 21% of global power generation eq

uipment in-vestment. Also hydropower will account for over 16% of th

e global total generating capacity, accounting for 80% of the world's r

enewable energy power generation.

1、前言Preface

哈尔滨电机厂有限责任公司(HEC),在64年的发展历程中,做为世界水力

发电设备制造企业领导者之一,一直注重水电装备现代化研发制造,并积极扩大国际市场的开发与合作。在进行水电现代化技术方面,取得了一系列成果。

153MW,增加22.4%。Rehabilitation of 13 Kaplan units of Yangzi river Gezhouba power station:

By optimizing hydraulic design and construction, capacity per unit of

125MW to promote to 153MW, enhanced 22.4%.

3.国网白山电站5X300MW水轮机通过现代化改造:水轮机效率提高3%、空蚀性能提高50%,稳定运行范围由75%-100%扩大到45%-100%。增强转轮叶片抗裂纹能力,延长机组检修周期。Nation grid Baishan 5X300MW turbine

4.大唐岩滩水电站改造Datang Yantan hydropower units rehabilitation

岩滩电站装备了我国上世纪80年代自行开发、设计、制造4X302.5MW机组,其水轮机转轮直径达8m,是当时我国最大尺寸的水轮机。通过水轮机的现代化改造,顺利解决了在高水头区有一振动带、尾水管低频压力脉动幅值大和叶片出水边裂纹等问题。Yantan Power Station is equipped of self development, design, manufacture 4X3

02.5MW unit in Chinese 1980s, the turbine runner diameter up to 8m, the maximu

m size of the turbine at that time.

The modern rehabilitation of turbine, successfully solved the vibration band, tail

pipe at low-frequency pressure pulsation amplitude and leaf edge crack problem

in the high head area.

5.国网刘家峡水电站改造Nation grid Liujiaxia hydropower units rehabilitation刘家峡水电站第一台机组1968年发电,是我国首座装机超过1000MW的电站。因黄河泥沙含量非

常高,机组在多年的运行中,水轮机严重磨蚀、变形等导致了水轮机性能的下降,并影响机组的安全运行。

哈电根据电站水轮机运行中的水质具体情况,应用现代CFD分析技术,设计了新转轮和导叶,采用新材料和新工艺,提高过流部件耐磨性能,成功进行了水轮机改造。

The first unit of Liujiaxia power station put in operation in 1968, which is China's first pow

er plant installed capacity more than 1000MW. The Yellow River silt content is very high, the

unit in the many years operation, the turbine is serious erosion and deformation leading to t

he decline in performance, and impacted the safe operation and influence of the unit.

HEC according to the specific situation of the water quality in the operation of the turbine

, application modern CFD technology analysis, design a new runner and guide vane, using n

ew materials and new technology, improve over-current parts wear resistance, successfully

got turbine in rehabilitation.
