Abstract
This message includes an introduction and three chapters and a
conclusion.
In the introduction demonstrated the importance of the study, and the
reasons for choosing a theme, the research problem, assumptions and
limitations of the study and the problems I had in the writing of this
research, the three chapters, Chapter I spoke about the concept of
innovation, its borders and fields.
And innovation in religion are not things in this world, and its in
worship without transactions that are permissible where the parent is not a
ban.
The evidence of the prohibition of innovation from the Koran and
Sunna.
And clarified the difference between the innovation and good year,
according to which some of the spread of heresies.
In the second chapter and put some controls through which the judge
did charge of heresy or not, and dispersed between al Qaeda and the officer
what I could: five controls were unsubstantiated legitimacy from the Qur'an
and Sunnah, and inflicted such controls on the ground with examples and
applications on each officer.
