AEWIN Launches PC/104+ Module with Intel® Atom™ N2600/D2550 Processors
AEWIN announces the PM-7121, a PC/104+ module with Intel® Atom™ N2600 or D2550 processors and Intel® ICH10Rchipset. Intel® Atom™ N2600 is a dual core processor clocke at 1.60 GHz and which features very low power consumption --only 3.5 watts. The Intel® Atom™ D2550 is also a dual core processor clocked at 1.86 GHz that requires only 10W TDP. Lowpower consumption with excellent performance makes the PM-7121 particularly suitable for applications such as medicaldevices, digital signage, information kiosks, Point-of-Sale, gaming machines and industrial control systems.
PM-7121 supports dual display for VGA + LVDS. The Intel® Atom™ processor features build-in graphics capability (GMA3650) and a video decoding engine for MPEG4 Part2, VC-1, WMV9 and H.264. The integrated 64-bit Single-Channel DDR3-800/1067 memory controller supports one SO-DIMM and a maximum of 2 GB RAM.
The onboard Intel® ICH10R chipset provides extensive IO ports, including 1 x SATA II interface with 300 MB/s transfer rate, 4x USB 2.0, HD Audio, onboard 2 x GbE via an Intel® i211AT Gigabit Ethernet chip, 1 x RS232/422/485 & 1 x RS232, 8-bitGPIO and 1 x CompactFlash socket with support for a Type-2 CompactFlash card. PM-7121 accepts 5V DC input.
