Civil Services 24 Hours is a service that allows any citizen to apply for, retrieve and view needed civil services over the internet, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, from anywhere and without visiting administrative agencies.

Civil servicesgive information on application process, time, place, etc. on about 5000 types of services, such as moving-in notification, certification of nationality acquisition, certification of foreigner’s registration.

Internet viewing serviceallows you to view requested information on 22 types of services, such as individual housing price confirmation, etc.

Internet issuing civil serviceIs that required civil services can be viewed on screen and can be printed. (about 1,200 types of services, such as abstract or copy of resident registration)
